give San Diego's defense credit its not a blowout worse than it is. Denver's defense has controlled the line of scrimmage.
Yeah Sd offense has sucked today. 1 pass yard really? |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
This round of playoffs this weekend have effing sucked donkey balls. Glad I've been to busy to watch

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
The Bronco's better stop missing scoring opportunities . Nice hold Weddle .... how is that missed ?

need one more successful onside kick

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
I guess fans everywhere think now when there's an injury a team is just trying to stop the clock
|
Both manning and Brady are great and all but I'll be glad when they retire lol gets old

Yeah this pisses me off each time the home fans boo especially with how often it winds up being a legit injury. |

I agree. Hopefully RG3 reaches that level where not winning the super bowl is a disappointment. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Another game decided by the offensive line and defensive lines. Manning had a good game but the running game and physicality of the offensive line was the difference.
Like Bill O'brien said, The team that usually wins is the team that can run the ball when they have to, and stop the run when they need to. |

Too funny, I was watching the games today with my friend and he said the exact same thing. Now rich pizza people are getting plastic surgery? Money changes people so much, no doubt about it. |

Seriously! Most fans have no idea what is going on. Amateur hour by the fans on that play. |

You get the increasing feeling, talking to people around the league, that the Browns job is seen as radioactive. Tough spot for them. I'm still bewildered how the league allowed that criminal to stay the owner of the Browns. I suppose most of them got rich swindling others to begin with so it's a good ole boy system. |

This is even worse. :laughing2 @RapSheet Other problems: Candidates have been calling Rob Chudzinski, who I’m told has been honest. Tough to lure candidates after one-and-done Wow. Guess Chud gets the last laugh after all. No wonder McDaniels and others have said..."no thanks" Browns candidates have called Rob Chudzinski - NFL.com |

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Even I feel bad for the Browns and I'm a freaking Lions fan, lol.
I feel they're going for Johnny Manziel in the draft. It's either going to be a spectacularly brilliant move or blow up in their faces. I'm leaning towards the latter as it IS the Browns. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
The one and done issue is more of a problem than a coach contacting the coach who just got fired.
I feel like a lot of coaches do that due to the "fraternity" of coaches and probably just want information on the organization or what they did (so they can do the opposite). I guarantee some coaches called Mike to get his opinion on the Washington Redskins Organization. Most people don't have nice, unbiased things to say about an organization if they just got fired by them, so I am not sure how much stock candidates are putting into Chudzinski's opinion. Now the one and done firing would be a bigger flag to me. And how that organization has been run the past decade or two. |

It was ridiculous to fire him after one year, especially since IMHO the Browns are a franchise QB away from being quite good. |

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
After watching Newton and Kapernick its obvious that RG has a lot of developing to do at QB before he plays at their level.

really? I never really come away super impressed with those 2 as passers. I usually come away more impressed by the defensive side of the ball. I wonder how good would RG3 with either top 5 defenses? |

Different circumstances bud. Cam has shown enough progress this season to suggest his development is getting there yes, but Carolina’s revival was more on the D looking formidable at times down the stretch. Same can apply to Kaep. Not that I'm disputing that Robert does need to show improvement going forward, but put a healthy #10 on either of those teams and there would be no discussion about the level he’s at. Keep the faith. |

So that must means Kirk Cousins shouldn't even be in the NFL at all. |

Agree that Car was more about D than O. I think RG can run with Cam or Kaep (even though he's not nearly as big as they are) I dont think his passing is as accurate as Cam or Kaep. Personally I think if RG plays for either of those teams this year they dont make the playoffs. |
After watching Newton and Kapernick its obvious that RG has a lot of developing to do at QB before he plays at their level.
Really? I think people are getting confused with these QBs due to winning. Both those guys are run first QBs |

So both QB were healthy with good pass protecting Oline. Give both things to RG3, he might surprise you. |

So is RG. I think we'd all like to get confused about RG due to winning. |

Let's give RG3 the full off season and judge him after next season. To be fair those two haven't had a serious injury. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
I think Kap is better than Newton, RG3 and Wilson.
|
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Newton >> Kap.
Kap bails out of the pocket way too often when his first read isn't there. |

I usually come away more impressed by the defensive side of the ball. I wonder how good would RG3 with either top 5 defenses?
I think if RG3 just gets to where he can throw confidently off his bad knee, he'll be fine passing. |
So is RG.
I think we'd all like to get confused about RG due to winning.
Well we did last yr and if Griffin was on SF or Car he'd be winning as well. When u don't have to worry about scoring a bunch its easy to just look good winning. Think about how mad people would be if Wilson was out there for us throwing for 150 yards a game lmao everyone would be calling for cousins over Wilson. |
I think Kap is better than Newton, RG3 and Wilson.
Right now he appears to be but again he has the most talented line in the league, dude never gets sacked |
