Geez I hope that's not the case. Hopefully Hank's hip injury was a freak thing and he eventually recovers. That said I've heard it's a long healing process and he/us would be silly to push too hard this season if there's risk of re-injury.

Team doctors strongly advised Vinny Cerrato and Daniel Snyder not to draft Kelly and what happens? The Redskins end up wasting a 2nd round draft pick on him anyway. The thing about Kelly is Mike Shanahan allowed him to go to IR in 2010. But in the 2011 preseason/training camp Malcolm Kelly showed no fight, no tenacity, and no heart and so he was let go. What a waste.

I'm so glad Cerratto isn't in Washington to make personnel decisions anymore.

Proof? I think he got injured again in 2011. That's a far cry from what you're suggesting. Not trying to detract from your point, which is that we never should've drafted him in the first place, but all indications were that he was a great kid whose heart was in the right place, but he just couldn't get on the field.

I love how he came back with the classic "account got hacked" tweets, and people called him out on it. I can't quote this, but someone on Twitter said something along the lines of how the "hacker" must've spent a lot of time preparing, because it sounded exactly like him.

And also, no one worked harder than Malcolm Kelly. He just couldn't stay healthy

Really? I checked out a few of his prior tweets, and the typing felt familiar. I also started following him after the whole "kill yourself" stuff he said to that Cowboys fan last year, and I honestly couldn't tell the difference. The set of tweets that were posted had more f bombs than I've seen from him, but the style felt similar, especially between the bombshell tweets and his post "account got hacked" tweets.

As far as your second point goes, agreed. Much of my recollection of Kelly comes from you and guys like Keim, Campbell, etc. and the consensus opinion was that he was a good kid who couldn't stay healthy.

Maybe you're right. I don't know
