The Texans are apparently cutting Swearinger.

Re: All things off season 2015.
Swearinger is another SS, not that we don't need a SS, but it'd be nice to find a starting caliber FS. BTW, I think of Goldson as more of a SS from what I have read about him (I could be wrong).

Re: All things off season 2015.
If I had to pick between Arrington or Swearinger right now...its not close, Kyle Arrington would be a great pick up for us...Swearinger is not gonna make it to his second contract before the team that drafted him wants out. Big red flag. Arrington can shut down the slot and provide depth on the outside.

Re: All things off season 2015.
I agree about Arrington though I wouldn't be surprised if he resigns with N.E.

Chris Christie Used Tax Dollars To Buy So Much Damn Food At NFL Games
Christie’s most notable spending spree occurred during the 2010 and 2011 NFL football seasons at MetLife Stadium, where the New York’s Giants and Jets play their home games. New Jersey’s governor traditionally enjoys free use of luxury boxes for games and other events at the government-owned venue, but food and beverages cost extra. On 58 occasions, Christie used a debit card to pay a total of $82,594 to Delaware North Sportservice, which operates the concessions at MetLife. The governor’s office did not provide any receipts, business reasons or names of individuals entertained, but defended the expense. Thats your tax money Jersey. what a fat f*ck |
Re: All things off season 2015.
That is $1,424.03 per game.
Sounds about right .... for FF Chrsitie and 49 of his closest friends. |
Im a little surprised by the cut and I agree with you. Arrington at the minimum is better than both Amerson and Porter. I would give him a look for sure, he would provide excellent depth.
sign me up for Kyle... But I think he resigns with the Patriots... It's a contract issue and more then they just want to cut an issue..... So I think if you want them we're going to have to pony up some cash but he would be the best slot corner on the team and that's a big hole we have right now. |
Re: All things off season 2015.
Brady suspended 4 games. Losing 2016 1st round pick and 2017 4th rounder. Patriots fined a million $.

Re: All things off season 2015.
Brady will appeal and end up with a two game suspension.

Re: All things off season 2015.
So much for Brady being untouchable like some thought.
|
Re: All things off season 2015.
So Brady gets a longer suspension for deflating footballs than Ray Rice got for punching his girlfriend?
|
Re: All things off season 2015.
I would say Brady, knowing that the NFL was going to investigate this to the fullest and treat a deflated ball investigation by 1.2 psi like a multiple homicide, he just should have come clean and told the truth. The 4 games seems fair cause he lied, but the draft picks is just overboard. This was an individual, not an organizational thing.

You can believe that Kraft's mission in life has become See Goodell....gone
