I watched a few episodes of season 1 of The American the other day. I thought it was pretty good

Meanwhile, I've been on a Scrubs marathon. Not watching it for the first time, but I'd forgotten how much I liked that show when it was on

Is there a movies thread anywhere or should i post here, or start one?

"Requiem for the Big East" was an instant classic last night. Immediately into the top 5 for 30 for 30s.


Also watched several episodes on youtube of "Getting Doug With High" hosted by Doug Benson. Basically stoner comediens sitting around smoking and getting interviewed. Pretty funny. Sarah Silverman, Reggie Watts, Broad City chicks, Jeselnik, Todd Glass, chick from arrested development and Chico's number 1 girl, Aubrey Plaza all in different episodes. If you like comedy, check it.

I agree they are all hooked together but how are they fake , these guys really do that stuff .

My wife started watching Scandal and I have to say I am 100% addicted. We got through both seasons in like 5 days. LOTS of binging.

sirens (okay comedy)
black sails (great!)
musketeers is pretty forgettable

oh yeah, chicago pd is pretty good, for shield/wire/homicide types.
smoke is okay (bbc firehouse drama).

there's a dusk till dawn series out now, only caught the first episode. so far, kinda average.

also, aussie tv did a fat tony and co. series, it's pretty good. it's about the aussie mob, following the real events.
