Its not worth it man. Don't do it unless you have other reasons than a diet. It is not just a diet its a lifestyle that not many can tolerate.

Yeah and the way you gain it all back is too! My Dad got out after Desert Storm and he was ripped. Now he looks like Peter Griffin.

I responded to this with a whole bunch of quick witted humor, but something bad happened and the response didn't go through and I just didn't feel like repeating myself. But to give you an idea it ended with me slamming of the Marine commercial where the recruit fights the dragon.

Well, maybe what you need to do, with all this military background, is get an accoustical advantage on your wife, and then pull a drill sargent on the child. Tell him to get out of there!
