Re: Gameplan vs Bills:Vanilla or Butter Pecan?
Id like to see one of those jaw dropping throws we saw at Baylor last year, maybe something where is scrambles and then tosses it 50 yards down the field.
I think we'll see RG3 throw mostly high % passes. Nothing crazy or anything that will expose him to a pass rush.
Totally agree. They'll want to do all they can to maintain a high confidence level. |
Jeez, I hope we look good tonight.
I've been shooting my mouth off at work about RGIII all day.
Shame the Lions have that 2-game win streak against us. Must be rough to be you in Michigan. They have little to brag about, so that's probably huge to them. |
Your memory serves you well; It is $19.99. On a side note, if you are considered "in market" or intend to watch a nationally televised game, be aware that blackouts do apply, and you can't watch anything until after the game is over. Learned that the hard way when I tried to watch the HOF game on Sunday...
I'm ordering it for sure |

But no way they hold a candle to Green Bay, New York Giants, or even the 49ers. Sure they are good, but Id take almost any team in the NFCE except the cowbitches over them this year. |
I agree. He needs to play and play a lot.
I honestly would prefer Griffen to play 3+ quarters as long as the same was true for the starters on the oline. Maybe that breaks some sort of NFL etiquette though. |
Re: Gameplan vs Bills:Vanilla or Butter Pecan?
It doesn't break any etiquette, but how smart is it to risk injury for 3 quarters in your first preseason game? I'm not sure there's much value there either in leaving your #1's in there against 3rd and 4th stringers.

Re: Gameplan vs Bills:Vanilla or Butter Pecan?
Chances we hear "R...G...3" chants, even though it is in Buffalo?

I look at it like hes less likely to get hurt by playing against 3rd and 4th stringers. Saying theres not much value playing against 3rd and 4th stringers is like saying theres not much value to traning camp or practice. To a vet its probably not all that important, but treating a preseason game like practice and giving your rookies as much time as possible just seems like a good idea to me. And if he, or anyone else, gets hurt well at least he has 4+ weeks before he has to play in a real game. |
