Oh please say yes Miami. Give Philly their own version of the Skins Jason Taylor trade. Everything I've read about him last year has been less then flattering. Least of which were questions concerning his work ethic. As of late he's on pace to be a Trent Richardson level bust.
A Trent Richardson level bust or a Brandon Graham level bust? :) |

Lol, a little of both but I'm going to go more towards Trent Richardson level since both he and Jordan were selected with the third overall pick in their respective drafts. Not to mention that both have now been involved in serious trade scenarios as sophomores. Still can't believe though that Graham has been a bust. Having watched him in college I was horrified when the Eagles picked him. Somewhat nice to see he's been a bust for them. Wouldn't mind though if he revived his career far away from the NFC East. |
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players are being investigated by Miami police about an incident involving a woman at a hotel earlier this month. Miami Police Department public information officer Rene Pimentel told USA TODAY Sports earlier Thursday the investigation was for sexual assault but made a clarification saying the investigation being conducted by the Special Victims Unit is for a suspicious incident. The investigation was originally reported by TMZ. "There are no charges, definitely not. There is an investigation," Pimentel told USA TODAY Sports.
Collin Collin Collin. When are you going to learn that nothing good happens in Miami. Re: Around the NFL-Draft News & Rumors
I'm curious to know, what are y'alls feelings about Detroit trading up for Watkins? Good move or Matt Mill 2:Electric Boogaloo?
On one hand I like Watkins, I watch ACC Ball and know what he can do. The offense would be absolutely sick with Megatron, Tate, and Watkins together. OTOH I remember all those first round WR busts from the Millen years. Also, our secondary is, as we say, a 20-year tire fire. |

Detroit needs a legit CB, bad; and Megatron has Golden Tate now to take some of the pressure off. Watkins will be great, but trading up to take him with your need at CB just doesn't seem wise, in my opinion. Justin Gilbert will most likely be available when Detroit picks first, and that's the direction I would go. |
Re: Around the NFL-Draft News & Rumors
i don't know that detroit really needs another receiver. i think your biggest problem is paying too much for your QB because he happens to throw to the best WR in the league.
I mean, i wouldn't immediately write it off as a terrible move, but last time i saw your offense, the passing game wasn't the problem. it just seems like a win more issue. he'll help you the most in games you would win without him, and he won't be the difference in games you'd lose (due to OL not stopping the rush, the D not stopping the other guys, etc). |

We know we have a capable backup for a cheap price. |
