Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
I go to Santa Barbara once a year for work. IT cracks me up when it is going to rain the next day; people are like freaking out like folks do here about snow.

the building i work in provides umbrellas, for a 40yd walk to the parking garage? in basically the lightest rain possible. i guess it's all relative |
southern californians can't drive in the rain
My dad lives in So. Cal, but grew up/lived here, it blew his mind once he moved out there how traffic would jam just because of rain. God forbid those people had to drive in snow. |

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Not mentioning the fact Obama was re-elected, I don't like the fact Obama or the Democrats will not budge and find a happy medium for both sides. Obama is like take my plan or were ready to go into the fiscal cliff.
I'm an Independant, I voted for Obama the first time, but at this point I'm mad at the Democrats and I'm ready to run this bus were on right off the fiscal cliff and blame the Democrats for everything. I got a better idea..... how about we stream line the government, cut half it's work force, force all the government workers to include Obama down to take a significant pay cut (maybe 25%), find a flat tax that works fair for everyone, drop ObamaCare and get a panel of Doctors and Lawyers working together to get medical care costs down, and for the people with out medical coverage have them work through Social Services and if they don't make enough money (similar to food stamps) the government will give them a cheap health coverage. Honestly right now I'm ready to throw all this back into the Democrats faces by simply quiting my job and applying for aid. I mean if 47% of America can collect free shit while sitting on their asses then why can't I? I really wonder how ObamaCare will work out if say 67% of it's population is not working and less people are busting their asses to support the majority? I have a lot and I mean a lot of friends who are ready to do just that. Collect free government aid. |

No, I'm a veggie cos it makes people view me as even more irritating and edgy. Or because I like animals far more than I like eating them. Haven't tried snorting them yet so that may change. |

New gear grinder. Spoiling another posters enjoyment of WP.
WTF is up with that oddity? How difficult is it to ignore a post you don't like? Don't agree? Then correct me. Don't like the style of prose or subject matter? Then ignore me! How ****ing tough is that? Some people need to lay off the fowl, is all I'm saying. Put down the cock pipe and get your mind right. |

See in this day and age too many people are easily offended by EVERYTHING. We live in a politically correct world now. Unless of course your ideas conflict with my ideas, then clearly the other person or persons are morons. On another note.... what is a "cock pipe"? |
