Clearly the dude is crazy and one shouldn't take a chance at letting him out. His social acceptance will forever be in the negative and one has to wonder if he could ever survive outside the asylum. Once the public gets wind that he is out and walks among them it's over for him.

We can only hope. This man has proven he can't live among other human beings. The system failed miserably.

A man who eats flesh and chops someone's head off is crazy? Go figure. He's going to be institutionalized though so it's not like he's off scott free.
