Re: Who are your starting Safeties
I was very tempted to put Pugh as the starter, but Doughty would get the nod over him I'd imagine

Vinnie would have traded away RG3 by now... |
Re: Who are your starting Safeties
In all likely hood we will struggle at times at safety, I will guarantee our play will be better than last year. I will also will give a full guarantee our play at corner will be even stronger as well. With a better pass rush and if we can keep healthy in the middle we should flirt with a top ten defense.

[quote=donofriose;1019977]Just saw this article about a potential trade for one of the best safeties in the NFL

Unless the bills would take a future 2nd or next years 3rd. |

Vinny would have traded all those picks to the rams for the #2 pick... And then chose Brandon Weeden. |
Re: Who are your starting Safeties

Re: Who are your starting Safeties
He's only supposed to play a series or two from a report I saw yesterday.

Re: Who are your starting Safeties
Meriweather and Reed, until Rambo gets up to speed.
|
Re: Who are your starting Safeties
I'd rather have Doughty at SS than FS. He's a good tackler but can't cover anyone deep. I say keep him closer to the line.
Meriweather and Rambo is my choice. Rambo won't learn from mistakes if he's sitting on the bench, he'll just come out later and make the mistakes then. He needs experience. |
