So only the lowly equipment guys get punished? Thee guys lose their jobs, but Brady gets away with it.

They didn't get fired, only suspended.

The inflation rule is stupid.
If a QB can score more points with an inflation preference then let him have it.
It makes a better game.
Each team is in charge of their own balls......
I'm glad Goodel and his arbitrary goon squad now look like twits.

This has been one of the most overblown stories in recent sports history. The more you found out what the NFL actually investigated and did the more idiotic it actually was.

I still thought Brady should have been suspended for being uncooperative.

If he was clean, why refuse to give phone?

Karma will get Brady.
Wilson is a joke and he's a mediocre qb that only wins because of his great defense and run game. Nobody wants to say it but I do he's an avg passer that can move around a little to make a play here and there. Tony romo would have a ring with that team.
I have to give him credit, the others from the recent group of dual threat QBs (Newton, Kaepernick, RG3) would no longer even be considered average, if
you go on QB rating last year he is #10. He has improved all around while the others with his playing style have had their wings clipped.

Looks like I can't watch ESPN for a couple days. The Patriots love fest is too much. The only thing EPN loves more than the Pats is the SEC.

Yah, I dont get that either. Let every team use...Whatever inflation they like. WHO can it harm besides themselves?
Each team has the same opportunity
Takes away the BS security issues of safeguarding the balls and the expense associated with it.......

thats where a lot of people see it going but a range still needs to be set.

otherwise the pats would have a psi of 2 for running plays and psi of 10 or whatever brady likes for throwing.

i would say a range of 10 to 14. instead of what is it now? 11 to 13?

the pats fumbling stat cant be ignored. even if your Qb likes over inflated balls (rodgers), under inflated balls are harder to fumble.

In all honesty OTM, why would we care? Each team would have the same opportunity to create whatever advantage they can from ball pressure.
I know it seems weird, but it would be fair to all......and simple (imagine that)

So, in Deflategate, attorneys make millions, the famous go free and a poor equipment guy is out of a job. See, the system works.

Pretty much sums it up.

My attorney told me once upon a time,
"Generally, the only people that....pay are those that cannot afford to"

I have no idea. Why wouldn't he just turn it over, and then everybody could have a look see what's on there.

Our old friend Richard Crawford (Chargers) just made a nice INT for a touchdown vs the 49ers.
