In other parts of the state, and in select situations here, there might be a release.

I had to look that up, never even heard of that word and Wiki says it has been around for 25 years. Other than here the websites where I interact with others are mostly business related. I don't do Instagram, Facebook, etc,etc, maybe that is why I don't learn new words, or internet short hand. Being in my late 50's probably doesn't help either.
