they didn't tho. Case hasn't been the issue, shit, the WRs haven't been the issue.

The Oline is decent in Pass Pro, struggles with penalties and running the Ball. No TE blocking at ALL. Again another year of this bullshit with the TE group. You talk about a youth movement, cut VD and Reed...play the young guys to see what we have there.

We need to improve Oline and TE this coming offseason.
I don't think Case is THE issue, but he's certainly not a solution. Like I mentioned, when you need your QB to step up when the game starts slipping he's not good enough to put the team on his back. He missed several throws that may have kept the game competitive. It ain't his fault cause he is who he is. I think for now he should keep playing, but with each loss his rope gets shorter.

I'd move on from Reed after the season. He shouldn't be out there anymore. It's sad cause in 10 years we're going to be hearing about him w/ CTE.
Manusky has been fired everywhere he ever coached. How these same dingbats keep landing jobs is mind numbing. I swear to God I don’t think there is any real vetting done before these guys sign their 7 figure offer sheets. Its just “yeah i used to coach with his brother in the college ranks and we both like the same television shows” - boom. Hired.
Good proven coaches are not coming here folks, they know the deal with Snyder and Allen. We'll have to get up and comers at best. Our only hope going forward is Allen is fired, and Snyder hires a respected GM or candidate and turns the keys over to him...and I just don't see that happening.
He definitely comes up small when the heat is on. But for who he is I guess we need to be happy. It could be waaaaay worse.
Exactly.

Even when they do, we go the other way...we looked past Wade Phillips for Barry, Phillips would def had come here to coach with his son at the time. It came down to Mike Pettine and Manusky after Barry was fired, we chose the idiot and Pettine has the Green Bay Defense playing like a top 5 in the league.

Okay to the few who blame Case think about this..everybody here agrees the playcalling is very predictable and at times bad .. we went into the season with huge questions about the offense.. the bright spots for me has been Case and terry show also the penn and flowers show ain’t is bad as I thought it would be.. yes Case has missed a few but he is playing for a coach/system that we all think suck ..so for the situation he is being put in I give him props !! If things keep going bad we will see Hadkins and I hope putting him into that circus on fire situation works out but my guess is he struggles (not because of his athleticism but to put him out there in a bad situation is not going to end well )

Need to trade Trent now and start adding picks, he's not coming back and I dont blame him. The team sucks, I'd also shop Kerrigan, at this point folks we need to accept the fact that this team isn't going anywhere. U need to get value for guys that are still good players

REBUILD MODE

Exactly . We are 3 / 4 years away most likely .

More of this:

Sweat-Payne (Allen)-Matty I-Kerrigan with Settle rotation...Anderson-Hamilton-Holcomb behind them.

With Allen back, Sweat-Allen-Payne(Settle)-Matty I (Kerrigan).

We gotta stop the run better than we have and try new pressure schemes
Sweat too, he's been awful in Pass rush
I kind of expected that from a rookie, slow start.

Manusky coaches like a scared bitch. Davis basically called him out while commentating. He has to go simply because fair or not teams convert way too many 3rd downs. Also it's two weeks in a row where coming out of halftime they get gashed.

Moreland had some rough patches yesterday but at least he competes and will come up and play bump and run. Norman is playing like 12 yards off the wr. That to me says I suck and I can't compete.

Moreland made some nice tackles and got screwed by being held on the Prescott 42 yard run, officials ignored it. Norman sucks and needs to go chase some bulls or something.

Bruce Allen, Jay Gruden, and Manusky need to be fired immediately. Promote Kyle Smith to GM, O’Connell to HC, Bill Callahan to OC-OL coach, and Jim Tomsula or Ryan to DC.

So I did not get to watch the game but the running stat line looked atrocious. AP not much better than DG. Was that because of abandoning the run, poor running game, Dallas getting up and forcing the skins to pass?

The eagles and boys both have great DL's but its also due to Trent being gone, he's a dominant Run Tackle
This line of thinking totally ignores the fact Gruden playing all young guys doesn't make sense. You do that, you're admitting the season is a lost cause.

Jay Gruden can't admit the season is a lost cause because he's coaching for his career here, anything less than playoffs and he's done (because he's on the last year of his contract). Hell, with Kevin O'Connell in house his hot seat is probably warming up, we might actually see a coaching change in season if we look this clueless through the first half.

Of course that won't do anything about Bruce Allen or Dan but we'd have better luck playing the lotto than hoping either one of those will be out of town anytime soon.
I believe he has one more year on his current contract after this year...
