probably some 10 year old with nothing to do but correct people all day. |
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
The Ravens defense seemed pretty average last year and that's probably playing into why they're letting some guys go. Ozzie knows what he's doing. He's not going to overpay for guys that's aren't elite players.
Josh Wilson played under the same conditions yet did not give up the yardage that DHall did.
Those DB stats really don't mean much cause there's so many factors that play into it. I didn't see Wilson covering Dez Bryant when the game was on the line. Both guys have their issues, but I liked the way Hall played down the stretch last season. |

Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora
S LaRon Landry, commanding a lot of interest, scheduled to fly to San Fran tonight after meeting w/Colts ... Assuming he doesnt sign in IND I don't get why people think he's a FS. He can't cover as a FS. |
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
Dov Kleiman @NFL_RealUpdates
#Dolphins are giving former #Jets TE Dustin Keller a physical and will talk contract afterward if he passes according to @ArmandoSalguero. If Welker does leave to Denver, that could mean that they turn to Talib with all that money. |
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
There goes one more of our secondary options.
“@ProFootballTalk: CB Greg Toler gets three years, $14.25 million, with $5 million guaranteed from Colts.” |

Wow, Brady's favorite WR goes to Manning. |
Denver already had a great offense. I think they needed defense more than anything. Patriots did they right thing IMO. They make anyone look great and welker wanted more $ than they were offering.

Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
Pats arrogance amazes me. They just let all that production go to a team that they could perhaps be competing against for the SB.
Wow, Brady's favorite WR goes to Manning.
And Brady is not happy apparently... Sporting Paragon @SportingParagon “@tomecurran: Spoke to someone close to Brady. Beyond enraged at details that netted Broncos Welker. "Disgrace" "disservice" were used.” So Manning has E. Decker, D. Thomas, and W. Welker to throw to...DAMN. |

Rotoworld is reporting that the Cowboys have released Marcus Spears.

Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
If the Giants get a first for Cruz it will be a good deal for them, yes Cruz is a great wideout but when you think of how the Giants took an undrafted free agent and turned him into a Pro Bowler worth a first round pick it speaks to one of the things you are doing right as an organization.
With all that said I would be remiss if I didn't say F Mara and the Giants, stupid a-holes, not only getting rid of 36 million of our cap money, but for turning an undrafted free agent into a player worth a first round pick. |
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
hilarious Brady cleared cap space with his contract, only to see his best WR leave. I bet he is livid. LOLOLOLOLOL whiny lil biatch!!!
|
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
Brady's a good QB can't argue that, but now as he's getting older you will see if he made Wes look good or Wes made him look good or maybe they needed each other.

Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
How about Kerry Rhodes. Says he had the best year of his career. Probably no way we can afford him, but hell for some reason they were talking to Reggie Bush. You would think they could find a way to sign this guy.
