Yeah we both know republicans don't love covid, the remaining unvaccinated ones (without a valid personal excuse) don't think personal freedom should be sacrificed to a disease with a 99% survival rate.

Shit is getting nasty in Northern Idaho. The rationing of care with the focus of providing services to those more likely to survive. What an awful position for the healthcare workers to be put in to have to make that decision. I am not familiar enough but does that mean if someone is on a ventilator but someone else comes into the hospital more likely to survive they would take that resource from the patient?

I saw that about Idaho. Also Vermont has more hospitalizations now than they did with the Winter surge…and they are the most vaccinated state in the country. This Delta variant is not joke.

BREAKING: FDA panel votes against approving a Pfizer booster dose for COVID-19, weeks after President Joe Biden promised all Americans would be able to get boosters beginning in late September.

Looks like the data not there for a booster need. Heard the vote wasn’t close, but they stil may make 65 and older eligible with another vote.

The journalist, Mary Beth Pfeiffer, tweeted, “I contacted @nytimes & they corrected 8/25 ivermectin article. ‘This article misstated the percentage of recent calls to the Mississippi poison control center related to ivermectin. It was 2 percent, not 70 percent,’ says appended note. Sentence removed.
