Duplicate Threads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

Alright listen up noobs and vets.

We're having a big problem lately with duplicate threads.

I hate to be a prick about this, but this is what it's coming down to. I'm just not going to continue to waste my time with these.

Before you post a new thread, you must do the following:

--[b][size=4]Scan the first page of threads for similar topics.[/size][/b] If there is already a similar topic going, STOP right there. Remove your mouse from the new thread button. Enlighten us with your knowledge in the EXISTING thread.

--If you don't find a similar topic on the first page, congratulations you've at least passed the first step and are well on your way to becoming a responsible poster, but next try a [url="http://www.thewarpath.net/search.php?"][b][size=4]search[/size][/b][/url] too just to be sure. You'd be amazed to see what's already being discussed ad nauseam.

You might be asking, what's the big deal? Well, think of it this way. Think of this forum as a group of people standing around having a discussion about the game yesterday, and someone comes along and instead of waiting to hear what the group is already talking about chimes in with hey did you see the game yesterday? Kind of annoying, right?

Take responsibility as a poster. Look before you post, don't be the ass that gets thread after thread locked because you're posting duplicate threads. Unless you have breaking news, chances are it's already being discussed.

If I do notice that I am locking multiple threads from the same people, I'm going to boot those people from the forum, simple as that.

If you have any questions or need clarification feel free to ask myself or any of the mods.

We should trade LaVar to get me a few bottles of 1800 Reposado and Goldschlager for EVERYONE! In addition, we should draft Daunte Culpepper's little brother who is supposed to be just as fast at WR. Maybe we could trade the AFL, the NFL and get a new league going on.

I was talking to Gmanc today and I realized that I'm WAY more active during the offseason. During the season there's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said (even though you can say that for the offseason too).

But leave me alone. It's what I get for being a newb.

I know what your saying. During the season its hard for me to say anything, and most of the time the stuff already posted is pretty much negative.


Hey at least we have Ramsey entrenched as our no.1 starter next season. Things are looking up for the Skins!

Do you think Ramsey was realy hurt or that Gibbs just wanted to play Brunell because he was Gibbs first pick and he gave him such a hugh contract. There goes our season another year of ten yard passes bouncing off the terf. God what does Gibbs see in him?

What's funny about that post is that I was looking at threads I've started. One of them was about how I was glad Gibbs was playing for the #1 pick in the draft because that's all starting Brunell is gonna get us...wow. Little bit of egg on my face, huh? Lol.

But hey, at least I can admit I was wrong. I'm not gonna try to act like Brunell still sucks and he was the wrong choice.

In your defense, when you posted the Musgrave question, it must have already been buried under at least 100 new threads of who we should draft, whether Ramsey or Brunell should start next season or if LaVar will be traded.

I guess thats how he got into the hall of fame.
