according to ES, its a done deal and the presser will be today between El's and Lloyds . . .no link though. ( I hope I didn't just get taken!) |
Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
If andyman says it you can usually bet it's accurate.
He's rumored to be someone from inside Redskins Park. |
Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
Archuleta may be better, and it may seem I'm contradicting myself here, but I still would have liked Clark to stay.

Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
So where does this leave Ryan Clark?? I'd really like to keep him as well.
|
Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
Clark is out, sounds like he's not interested in going back to the bench so it's doubtful he would return now anyway.

Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
clark may replace hope in pittsburg.

I think Archuleta may be bigger and stronger, but Clark seems to be awful quick! Don't know about Archuleta's speed. |

Bring Hope here!!!!!! Chris Hope!!!! |
Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
This is one that Williams really wanted--props to Gibbs to spread the love to the D as well. I take it Arch is a different sort from Clarke--more the "big hitter" that Bowen was supposed to be. If Mr. Williams wants him, that's good enough for me, though I always liked Clarkes attitude. He seems like a genuine nice guy.

Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
Wow 5 Mill a year, 10 guaranteed for archuletta: we are paying lloyd randel el and archuletta a lot, but I trust what gibbs is doing so even though i am skeptical spending that much of our future caps on those 3 players., I believe in Coach Gibbs.

Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
Yeah Archuleta is getting old too...but as mentioned by others, I have faith as well.

I have 100 percent confidence that he will not go to jail. No professional sports player will go to jail. They will reach an agreement somewhere and avoid jail time. Probation is what he'll get. |

Well, there have been quite a few NFL players to go to jail, but if you're saying under similiar circumstances then you may be correct. |

same here, clark has played well & was improving too. I like archuleta but if I had a choice I'd rather see $ spent on a pass rush. I know that's in the works too! |

Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
Wow, we're definitely the most-active team so far in free agency. It'll be interesting to see how our team looks at the end of training camp.

the browns have us beat at sheer activity. I think arch is overpaid :/ and the money would be used better elsewhere. if he has 10 sacks this year i reserve my right to waffle and/or flip-flop. |
Re: Adam Archuleta signed - its done
