Am I the only skins fan that feels that this joker plays like Gus Ill slam my head into a thing and jam my neck Ferrote? And worst!?!? Jesus he plays like a high school freshman qb with no playing experience what so ever.......I say give the second string to cambell before Cambell goes and makes someone else Good as the starter.

Guys seriously don't worry about it. I'll be fine. I just am a little rusty, it's been a while since I started those 17 games back like 10 years ago. I'm sure I'll just go right into my 1997 form where my 69.5 QB rating really didn't do me justice. I was good.... real good. Like Brett Favre or Tom Brady good (did you see him last night!? He was on fire!). I'm so good I make other mediocre QB's around me good. No-one cared about Elvis Grbac or Trent Green untill I showed them how to do it.

At any rate, don't give up on me yet. One of these days I'll show you how it's done, the name Todd Collins will be in everyones house. All the kids playing backyard football will all have the TC fever baby. And if you thought there were alot of Arrington jerseys back in the day, the Todd Squad will blow you away.

I just have to keep being optimistic, thats why I know I will succeed. I don't like to think of my glass being half empty. I see it 1/25 full.

seriously todd colins is the biggest waste of a roster spot i can think of todate, i'd rather just go 2 qb's and keep someone who could at least look like a football player on the sideline than useless todd colins

It's only preseason. You're waiting for the regular season to show that you have an arm, some smarts, and the ability to burn teams down the field.

Im only a Division 3 QB but seriously collins your footwork looks crappy in the drop dude if that is you..Come on you guys are supposed to be role models, Im sick of the jokes when I go to practice so step it up please!

What college are you currently enrolled in? I gotta make sure my kid doesn't apply there, what with not wanting her to end up illiterate and all.

Edit: and by the way thats the University of La Verne it's in California, and screw Hooked on Phonics, My major is special education and I actually did a project with Hooked vs the standard state program, Guess what? The Standard program works better for the kids, Just thought I would add my two cents about that.

some people are better coaches than players, and.... some people are better... ahh, you get my drift. a round about way to say collins might be able to help brunell and campbell learn this system , but using it in a game is another thing. there probably a reason that collins hasnt thrown a pass in like the last 7 seasons

I played for Catholic University in D.C. so yeah I'm sure we never met.

We went 0-10 when I was there and I didn't really contribute anything, but I had fun. I switched majors and had to leave, but my QB from high school is tearing it up there. Good luck this season and hopefully you'll be able to work on getting the start.

At my high school everyone could run like P. Manning and just about everyone on the team could throw better than Reggie Bush...and after reading this thread i'm a member of the "Todd Squad", yeah BABY(um, ok, only a member as it pertains to thewarpath.net thread about seeing more of todd collins. Because this is the only place i've seen something good out of him, and it was humor, not football)

Ferrote, Hostetlier,and I think it was either Shuler or George...not sure someone correct me on that though!...Ok ok I can't really beat on Ferrote too much we did finish 9-7 one year and missed the playoffs cause the Jets were like 1-15 and coulden't beat the Lions.

Damn thats kinda sad the only other man after Joe Gibbs to lead us to a winning Season was Norv Turner!

I tell you what i think i could perform better than todd collins i think i have the size and the arm to do it the one problem is I havent played competitive football since 1990. TODD COLLINS IS A BUM. I sure am missing a certain somebody that plays for the Jets. Can You say Patrick Ramsey. I promise you all something trading Ramsey is going to comeback and bit us in the ass. If anyone on warpath has the nerve to say collins is a better qb than ramsey needs a check up from the neck up. Collins has been a career backup because of everything we have seen from him in the preseason and its a joke that Brunell and Campbell are suppose to learn the offense from that bum. To be honest with you Campbell has looked the best in preseason if you ask me. We need to put him in with the 1st team and see what he has. He is making way to much money to sit on the bench. And if he ends up number 3 on the depth chart there is something wrong with the coaches. He is clearly better than Collins period.
