Honestly, I'd be lying if i said i wasn't just a tad bit worried. Todd Pinkston has had several good games against us in the past, and he's definitely better than what the Vikings already had.

apparently, if pinkston is on the roster for the first game, then the vikings will be required to pay him his entire base salary this year--even if he is cut afterwards. since he has an achilles tendon injury, which might nag him throughout the year, the vikes might cut him before the first game.
