Here's mine, Skins bounce back strong. The ground game gets cranking again as Portis runs for 110 and 2 scores. The passing game gets back on track as Brunell throws for another 2 scores and no picks.

Skins win 31-10 to head into the bye with a little momentum.

I think this game will be reminiscent of a particular 49er's game we played early last year.

42 - 17 (14 points of garbage 4th quarter possessions).

Portis could hit 150 yards, and I think they'll rush for 200+ as a team. I'll say Skins 28-17.

We still have the Colts before the bye, so we could into the bye with some REAL momentum if we can pull off the upset there...

I mean realistically, this shouldnt even be close. We're ussually good for a game a year when we dont show up, and good for a loss at home to a team we should beat...I'm thinking we already accomplished both of those with losses to NY/Minnesota.

I'll be honest this game scared me the moment the schedule was released, because I thought it was a trap waiting to happen. Then again, I thought we'd be 3-2 minimum, probaboly 4-1 going into this game, so I dont think the team will let this one slip away.

24-13, skins. 24-3 if Springs plays.

Then next week is the real test.

28-17....this offense will do well but will the defense and gregg williams throw the kitchen sink after vince young sunday...
i hope the skins roll over the titans but the titans are well coached with jeff fisher so it should be close in the beginning then we pull away later on..

colts game after the titans will be interesting..

Depends on which Skins defense shows up. If it's one that can put pressure on Young, and stop the run, then yes, it should be an easy win. If he gets time to throw the ball, or moves around ala Randall Cunningham/Donovan McNabb, it could be trouble.

But again, the Titans pretty much held their own against the Colts last week through 3+ quarters...

Portis/Betts > 30 carries = Win
Portis/Betts < 30 carries = narrow win or narrow loss.

I love the skins as much as the next person but I wouldnt bet on them against a college team right now. . Skins were on fire last year and screwed the pooch this year by changing every damn thing. Most inconsistant playing in the NFL and we all know it.

I think IMPROVMENTS were made, not changes. Those improvments take time to gel.

The Skins D has to get nasty and start dominating...they will if Springs plays. Portis runs for 145 and 1 TD. Moss has 5 rec, 105 yds 2 TDs. Skins O-line keeps Brunell's uniform clean and he passes for 250 yds and 3 TDs.

This is a hard game to predict. Which Redskin offense are we going to see? The high powered multi-faced juggernaut like in the Jaguar game or the unimaginative one-dimensional powerpuff like in the Giant game? Is the defense going to continue to give up big chunks of yardage of third down? Can the defensive line get to Vince Young and rattle him? They could not get to Eli Manning, Brad Johnson, Drew Bledsoe, Byron Leftwich or David Carr, how are they going to contain Vince Young? All of these quarterbacks are immobile. I would love a Redskin blowout, but realisticly, I see a close game 17-10.

The Titans D has been looking better and better and the Titans are coming off a "moral victory."

This game will be won by 7 points or less by one side, I'm leaning to closer to 3 points. If we don't stop TNs run game -- they win. If we force Vince to show us what he has (very limited tape on V. Young atm) we have a chance of not only looking good on defense but putting up points. Don't underestimate the Titans running game, and Jeff Fisher is a hell of a coach.

Eh? They got to Leftwich a decent amount and may have only got one sack on Carr, but got numerous hurries.

Skins exploit the 3rd worst D in the league and burn the titans for 38 points...Portis goes for 150 yards 2 Tds...Randel El breaks out of his shell for 100 yards and a TD...Moss Logs 2 Tds and 120 yards...Our D starts its domination and holds Young and Co. to 10....

is the glass half full? the titans got out gained by a ton of yardage, and the colts made a bunch of mistakes, to keep that game close. i think we blow the titans out, 34-13. fantasy guys, big day by portis

Predictions:

Gibbs will go for it on 4th down and 2, they won't convert. The board will blow up with Gibbs is becoming Steve Spurrier threads.

Brunell won't throw for more than 200 yards but he'll control the offense and the Skins will dominate time of possession. The board will blow up with we can't dink and dunk threads

Carlos Rogers will extend his body and dive in the end zone tipping the ball away at the last second as the first half comes to a close. The board will blow up with Carlos can't catch a cold threads

TJ Duckett will get 5 carries, but the last will be a fumble deep in our own territory. The board will blow up with why is Duckett playing threads

Vince Young will throw for one touchdown and pass for another. The board will Look at Vince Young Play, Why Can't We Play Campbell Now? threads

I will attend the game, be in my seat before kickoff, and be as sober as an Osmond for the whole thing.

Whoever does the play by play for CBS will be hated by Redskins fans.

Ade Jimoh will recover a fumble.

Randle-El will score twice.

The Redskins will win 34 -21.

Folks around here will still be complaining about the defense on Monday.
