Who will win the starting job

Who do you guys think will win or who do you want to win

Big C 06-20-2004 01:47 PM

win what?

SKINSnCANES 06-20-2004 01:49 PM

QB I assume he means, right? Your putting up to many posts at once and not thinking them out fully, heh.

MTK 06-20-2004 01:50 PM

Who do you guys think will post the most today or who do you want to post the most today and why

RedskinRat 06-20-2004 02:14 PM

He's just excitable, that's all. I remember my first post. :p

EEich 06-20-2004 02:46 PM

It would be nice if he spread them out a little.

Daseal 06-20-2004 02:48 PM

Redskinrat, this isn't his first post and he posts 10 topics all at once every week. Most are things that have been covered in numerous other topics (we've had this discussion about 12 times now)

RedskinRat 06-20-2004 03:21 PM

Yes, I was being facetious , hence the smiley. My suggestion would be to either ignore his posts or Kill File him so his posts don't even appear.

Big C 06-20-2004 06:11 PM

kill it

jasonskin 06-20-2004 06:42 PM

sorry you all i was talking about the center spot.

SmootSmack 06-20-2004 06:49 PM

C'mon now, let's go easy on jason. He's a passionate Redskins fan (like all of us) who wants to talk Skins (like all of us) and apparently has plenty of time on his hands (we gotta find you a girl jason!)

But jason here's some advice for you, try not to repeat posts. We've had discussions before on who should be the starting QB and who we want to start. So don't just log on and start posting threads without reading threads that are already posted. And I'm not just pointing the blame at you, we've all made the mistake before. RedskinRat himself was kind enough to point out to me the other day that I had posted a thread he had already posted.

Also, I don't really know what sort of responses you're expecting from posts like "Will Portis play all 16 games?".

Anyway, it's always good to hear from Redskins fans and that includes you jasonskin, just do some "research" before you start posting.

SmootSmack 06-20-2004 06:50 PM
sorry you all i was talking about the center spot.
center??? Wow! Didn't see that coming. Friedman but I want Raymer

ronsmith52 06-20-2004 08:15 PM

Man, You guys can be brutal. Its hard to keep things fresh when the whole team and front office is out of town for a month.
Ronny

Big C 06-20-2004 08:40 PM

yes, they can be brutal, they just dont know how much it hurts inside

EEich 06-20-2004 09:02 PM

I don't think it's brutal. jasonskin has hit us with huge message dumps in the past and has been kindly advised that it might not be the best way to approach the message board. He didn't seem to respond to the advice very well.

Big C 06-20-2004 09:06 PM

we like u jason, just take it one post at a time man

EEich 06-20-2004 09:09 PM

I agree... seems to be a good guy... just a little overzealous.

skinsfanthru&thru 06-20-2004 09:13 PM

it seems like he get's spurts of topic ideas every once in a while and i can relate to that. sure some off as kinda raw but its always good to see another redskin fan so excited to discuss the team.

i for one hope Ramyer can return to his previous form and be the rock of our o-line, but friedman did very well last year working in the center and guard spots so i wouldn't be at all dissapointed if he won the job. plus he's a few years younger and has more room for possible improvement under bugel then i realisticly think raymer has.

joecrisp 06-20-2004 09:23 PM

I'd like to see Raymer win it. I always liked the guy in his first go-round with the Skins. He definitely had that throwback mentality that reminded me of the old Hogs. I got to meet him at one of the minicamps, and he was as down-to-earth and friendly as I imagined he'd be. We chatted for a short while, and he talked about how excited he was to be back in Washington and be a Redskin again, and how much things sucked with the Chargers. I told him everyone at the Warpath was glad to see him back, and that we hope he'll be a big part of the Hogs' resurgence. He was really flattered, and said he's totally psyched to be playing for Gibbs and Bugel.

jasonskin 06-20-2004 09:29 PM

Look i am sorry guys.I relly don't want to make you all mad and i do not want to get kick off.I just love the redskins and i want to know everything about them and want people think.

Big C 06-20-2004 09:33 PM

me too man, me too, its cool

Daseal 06-20-2004 09:45 PM

Jasonskin: I don't think any of us are exactly mad at you, just make topics that are a bit more discussable. For example, we didn't even know what position you were talking about!

MTK 06-20-2004 11:01 PM

no big deal jason, I was just bustin on ya, I hope that's not what started the snowball effect.

Big C 06-20-2004 11:02 PM

it was, we were following the master

SKINSnCANES 06-20-2004 11:06 PM

dont worry Jason, they bust on me for posting a lot to. When you put up an idea for a thread think it out a little more, think of something that none of us are thinking about. Like the center thing, that was good, we've never discussed that here. A coupel good threads like that will earn you everyones respect. Even though I post a lot I usually put a lot of thought and research into my posts, and considering how many posts I have you can imagine how much time I waste looking up crap everyday. But im of school and work right now so what else am I gonna do, heh.
