yes we are Redskins fans and i feel like other team fans like green bay , denver ,cowboys etc. all vote there players in even if they arent haven the best years ever, bailey made it in 2004 when he had a terrible season.

ok back to the redskins i feel like their 4 guys on this team that have to go to the PRO BOWL

there about 7 players that have an outside shot that i want us to vote in

6.Casey Rabach-OC
7.Randle el -PR
8.Derick Dockery

First of all, welcome to the board, hope you stay around to post. Don't get discouraged when people start to jump all over this thread, because I think this was posted a while back. Either way I voted, and I think everyone should.

At the same time I would not support voted straight ballot Skins, it is just like voting all Republican or Democrat, without looking at the issues, candidates, etc. However, I feel Cooley should be in this year based on his numbers.

but my friend, do you know how many sacks the redskins o line has given up this season ?

13, 13 sacks in 11 games in the nfl is AWOSOME. you cant blame the o line that brunell was playing game or portis and moss got hurt, thats is not right, dockery thomas, samuels, rbach, jansen have all played there butt;s off this season, so have seller, campbel on speaical teams.
i am not voting just because they are skins , what about washington and marshall, this guy have had probowl season in 04, 05, 06 no probowls?

o line only given up 13 sacks this season in 11 games

the steelers gave up 9 sacks in one game to the ravens, come on guys. REDSKINS PRIDE
taylor was nfc defensive player of the week he is playing better. griffin, marcus washington, seller , the o line should go to.

I agree, but our yards per run are pretty low, I think. The line hasn't done the best to run block Saunders style, which I feel is huge for Olines. A line like Denver is great at that.

In my opinion, our line is pretty good, but not as good as it was last year. And about Washington, he hasn't had his best year because those around him are not playing as well. It is a shame, because he does deserve to be in the ProBowl.

Really his screen name says it all. Any one who thinks CR is the man really doesn't know Redskins football. IMO no Redskin is deserving of the Pro Bowl.

Do you work for the Skins or something lol jk. Yeah we all have voted, but I don't think Talyor deserves to get in. He has been good last two weeks, but beside that, he has been burned all year. It isn't all his fault, but at the same time he is getting burned.

Honestly, you can't vote all Skins and then complain when Vick and Roy Williams make the Pro Bowl. If we feel that overrated players that did not perform well, should not be in the playoffs, then it would only be hypocritical to vote all Skins, seeing that not too many deserve that honor.

OK how about this hooskin, what othernfc fs 2 other nfc fs should be in the pro bowl infront of talent ?
dawkins? eagles defense gave up 170 yards and 4 tds to a rookie rb with the colts.

the season is not over yet i feel taylor will finish strong.

But how can you use one game as a basis to vote someone into the Pro Bowl.

Like I said, it is hypocritical to complain, when bad players make the Pro Bowl, if you vote all Skins. It isn't solving the problem at all.

Although Taylor has been burned most of the season, if he finishes strong I think he'll get in. Think about it, last year he actually deserved to be in the Pro Bowl, and didn't get in....so on the flip side, he may not be so deserving this year...but he could still end up in on the squad.

12th man there you go thats what i mean, guys like washington, marshall, taylor griffin, jansen, shoul dhave made it in 05,and 04, having ok 06, i am voting for them this year.

And I hate to say it, but at the SS position, Roy Williams really deserves it this year. He has 5 picks, and a bunch of deflections, plus he has been a big hit threat in the middle, and hasnt looked as bad as he usually does in coverage.

HOOSKINS you know whats happy, roy williams wil all that defensive talent around him , great front 4, has given up more big plays in the passing game than taylor. and Taylor is FS,lol what does that have to do with roy williams ?

No need to go over board. All I am saying is, sometimes a player may be having an off year and still may slip in because of reputation.

Statistically speaking, Mark Brunell should have been voted to the NFC suqad last year, but the voters felt that Vick was more of a game changer even though Brunell had a better year. What I'm saying is, the thing that will get Taylor in, if he get's in, is many are starting to view Sean Taylor around the league as a play maker..and may not hold his coverage liability against him.

its nothing big i have a users name on espn.com redskisn board , andi forgot to put the s in the rogers .and for like 1 days i was like why cant i get in . i pu down carlosrogersisdaman22. and it didnt wor k , looked at my other posts found out i didnt put in the s by mistake and i was like what the hell i dont have the best memory in the world keep it as a mistake thats all.

I've been viewing the forums for a while and finally decided to join, hi.

I might be the only person on the planet that thinks this way but I hope to god that no redskins make the pro bowl ever again. I dont know if my reason is entirely accurate but I think this because I think that when a player makes the pro bowl, that just means that we have to pay more money for them when we want to resign them which leaves less cap space for other needs.

I love the Redskins as much or more than anyone in the world, but I would not vote any Redskin to the pro bowl this year. Not even Cooley...he was invisible at the begining of the season. If other teams fans vote their undesrving players in that's thier problem, but I am not going to give me seal of approval to anyone on this team after the way they have sleepwalked through most of this season.
