How about that game, huh?? Singletary is amazinggggg, where are all the haters now? This guy is clutch, almost reminds me of Arenas at times. J.R. and Singletary make up the best backcourt in college hoops. Period.

duke losing a lot this season. vt, uva, and gt all beat them already. actually glad to see uva win, tired of duke. btw jamon gordon and dowdell are a pretty good backcourt

I still say singletary thinks he's a lot better than he actually is and shoots the ball accordingly. During the maryland game a few weeks ago he was throwing up bricks with 20+ seconds left on the shot clock even though his team was trying to protect a big lead before half time. I guess he just has a lot to learn.

I have seen every single uva basketball game the last two years.

I think there is a bit of truth to that. But he does play his best when he is confident(see last night's winner, and the amazing rebound the game before). If he starts thinking he cant make shots, he wont take em. He is fine the way he is, the main problem is not him, it's consistently getting a 3rd person to step up to help JR and Singletary. Another problem is consistency on the road.

If those two are taken care of, then there really is not limit.


I am not saying Singletary is as good as Arenas, but they are both shooters and slashers. The nights that Arenas is off, he looks terrible. This year Arenas has had less of those nights, but last year he looked really off at time.

I am not taking anything away from you guys, but we really aren't that bad. That was just a terrible showing. You guys deserved that game from the get-go.

i know u guys arent as bad as you showed ive seen a few uva games this year. we are a very good home team and an average road team at best so we will see how it goes in c-ville. cassell collesium is a pretty tough place to play believe it or not, its not that big or fancy but it has really good acoustics and it gets really loud in there
