The mods discussed this for a while, but we were all in agreement that he will be a great addition to the front office.

I know you directed your post at Matty, but I can answer....no one is getting the boot. We thought we needed new blood. It was an easy decision to ask TMC to become a mod and a tough one to not ask so many others (as there are some great and very valued members on this site). End of my little brown-nosing attempt.
