Wacks the political Bee's Nest
Here's a bumper sticker I like.
<img src="http://www.nagshead.net/2004election/bumper.gif"> http://www.nagshead.net/2004election/bumper.gif lol Have a great day folks. peace mike |
Damn your totally right-winged aren't you? I got something that you'll enjoy.
http://www.plur.net/thisland.html |
Dewd, I have TWO right wings.
lol Hey, that was funny as heck! Thanks peace |
seems like one could easily replace Kerry/Edwards with Bush/Cheney on that bumper sticker
|
No, cus their name's not John.
lol I'm serious when I get in the voting booth but until then I'll just have fun and not think for a second that what I or anyone posts in this area will sway even one vote. Knowing that makes getting along with Left Wing thinkers like yourself very easy bro. Have a great day guy. peace mike |
seems like one could easily replace Kerry/Edwards with Bush/Cheney on that bumper sticker
but then it wouldn't be 'clever'. just true. i think a more relevant bumper sticker for bush/cheney would be: "OOP$. Sorry About Your Son" |
How about my version of Republican Gun Control?
http://www.nagshead.net/2004election/guncontrol.jpg lol "Throw a rock into a pack of dogs and the one hit always comes up yelping." hahahaha! Let's keep it fun guys. peace |
Did you guys hear about the new low carb diet?
C - No Cheney A - No Ashcroft R - No Rumsfeld B - No Bush Definitely no Rice! |
I would still eat Rice.
lol!!!!!!!!!! peace |
I would still eat Rice.
lol!!!!!!!!!! peace
Yeah she still could "get it". |
not just gun control, thats foreign policy.
makes sense you enjoy throwing rocks at dogs |
its a joke people ;) no need to get offended.
|
lol, I'm very liberal, but that doesn't make the bumper sticker less funny.
|
btw, completely off-topic (sorta), but i've been watching last comic standing, and it seems to be like reality TV thats worth watching... the last season sucked cause dat only had 2 jokes, but this season has been great... sorry </tangent>
|
Yeah that Jay London guy on LCS was pretty funny...scary too. Guess I'll be rooting for Alonzo now
I watched Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy today. That was just odd |
but then it wouldn't be 'clever'. just true.
i think a more relevant bumper sticker for bush/cheney would be: "OOP$. Sorry About Your Son"
If I saw a car with that sticker, or something of that nature, on it, that car's getting keyed a couple times. |
thats the point. its not a laughing matter. just read the 900th G.I. died over there.
|
It's 1000 lives lost in Iraq.
If this was WWII the number would be over 140,000 lives If it was Korea it would be 15,000 lives If it was Viet Nam it would be 11,000 lives If it was the first Gulf War it would be 1,500 lives. peace mike |
does that make it ok then? especially under the false circumstances?
|
It's amazing to me that no WMD have been found and the evidence all points to the fact that we went to war over false information yet Bush just blows it off and says oh well. He even seems bothered when he's challenged on the issue. What ever happened to accountability? We're sending our soldiers to their death and for what? Because we considered Saddam to be a 'threat'? That's fine but we should have checked, double checked and triple checked our info and actually found some hard evidence before we marched off to war and had the gov't approve billions of dollars for the effort... which our children's children will be paying for. Another thing that's always bothered me is how we can have people starving, homeless and without quality educations yet we can never 'find' enough $$ for that, but once there's a war all of a sudden billions of dollars become available, but that's a topic for another day.
So what's stopping us from invading other countries we consider to be a threat to our national interests? Oh that's right nothing, we're the US, the world bullies errrrrr world police. |

this is how you sign your posts. :confused-
I am honest when I say I wish you peace. I wish the world peace but as an non-active duty Marine I understand that tough things have to be done in this world and tough people do it. As for the Kerry picture if you can't see that was posted in absolute humor then it's you sir that has an issue and yes you are confused. Have a great day folks and....you guessed it peace mike |
lol
illdefined 1, SBF 0
Dewd, you didn't have to make this personal. I never argue with other people about their opinions I just state mine. As I said before no one here is going to argue another person into changing their mind so way waste the time. The elections are in November....just go vote and let that do your talking. peace mike |
I agree with everything you say Matty. My question is: Whatever happened to the hunt for Ossama Bin Laden?
Well, the US ties to the Saudi family is probably a good place to start, more specifically the well documented Bush-Bin Laden family ties. Add in the fact that Bush was just dying for a reason to get revenge for his daddy and there you go, Saddam is public enemy #1. |
I'm tired and don't feel like another long debate, but i'll just say I disagree, and some people here really need to learn how to take a joke.

and Bush is tough? doesnt it surprise you that out of all this 'tough' administration, the only REAL soldier, Colin Powell, was against it? in the end he followed orders, just like the soldiers who died in this costly, needless war. you tell me why this 'needed' to be done, or is being 'tough' its own reason? you know whats a CONFIRMED weapon of mass destruction? airplanes. we'd have Bin Laden by now (he also has a beard, but is NOT Saddam Hussein) if we put half the resources we put into Iraq into Afghanistan. instead Bush gave Bin Laden thousands more recruits worldwide by showing off just how 'tough' he is. and for what? what uniform has this 'tough guy' ever really worn? go ahead say that silly flight suit... im certainly confused about your 'peace' signature, why you don't expect Bees to come from the nest you deliberately stur, and most of all why you think this election can be looked at with 'absolute humor'. its the most serious election in my lifetime. yes i have issues. i live in downtown manhattan, and the last thing this president makes me feel is SAFER. |
ok I did at least respect you enogh to read that but I'll still be voting of Bush in Nov.
But, you're not alone in supporting Kerry. http://www.nagshead.net/2004election/kerrysupporter.jpg lol Have a great day guys. peace and yes I mean peace mike |
Oh and keep the "pity me I was near gound zero stuff." My wife was in Washington DC that day and I lost friends in the Pentagon.
Enjoy yer hate dewd. peace mike |
I'm tired and don't feel like another long debate, but i'll just say I disagree, and some people here really need to learn how to take a joke.
Amen, enough of the same stuff being said over and over, lol. |
Oh and keep the "pity me I was near gound zero stuff." My wife was in Washington DC that day and I lost friends in the Pentagon.
Enjoy yer hate dewd. peace mike
classy. my condolences. i lost friends in WTC. i saw them die with my own eyes as the towers fell. hard not to know anyone here who didn't. we all breathed the death for months afterwards. and my parents lived in Crystal City right next to the Pentagon, drive on 395 in front of it everyday. right again, i have hate, but i certainly dont enjoy it. i have hate for the people who did this, the person you make jokes with so casually. at least YOU knew the difference between osama and saddam, don't you think your president should too? |
and for the record, the Bin Ladens are close, documented Bush supporters.
im sure osama wants him to win too because no one has caused so much global anti-americanism in decades. |
the bin laden family, osama is a reclusive, the bin ladens are legimate owners of various oil and construction businesses... be careful when painting with such broad strokes, its misleading in that it tends to leave facts behind.
and again, there's a big difference between a joke that's meant to be silly and one thats meant to polarize... ones funny, the other is shitty. |

So what's stopping us from invading other countries we consider to be a threat to our national interests? Oh that's right nothing, we're the US, the world bullies errrrrr world police.
Well that is incorrect of coarse, they have found sarin gas, which is a WOMD, which Sadam said he didn't have, he also continually denied weopons inspector's access to monitor whether or not he was trying to develope WOMD, as demanded by the U.N. resolution, after the first gulf war, that alone is cause enough to go in and take him out of power, end of story! The fact is, the reason he denied inspector's access is because he was up to no good, which also allowed him time to move any technology that he had out of the country, or bury it, I also ask what WOMD did Bin Laden have? None! Yet he was able to do tremendous damage, and now all I here is liberal after liberal coming out of the wood work, trying to say Bush, who had been in office 8 month's, didn't do enough to prevent it, so now he's doing what he has to do to keep us safe in the future, and all the liberal's say is, why are we going after poor old Sadam and the rest of his regime? Hypocrites! Case and point, both John Kerry, and Bill Clinton, have stated that so long as Sadam is in power America is not safe, they have both stated that Sadam has weopon's of mass destruction, I didn't here any demilib's crying about the great stain maker when he started dropping bomb's on Sadam when Monika's dress was being tested for his DNA, all of a sudden, Sadam was a threat, and soon as the dress incident cooled down, Sadam was no longer a threat, hmmmmm, I have to assume that if Kerry believes as he has stated that Sadam has, or had WOMD, that he would have done something about it, to [in his mind] keep us safe, then I also have to assume that no democrate could vote for him in good conscience, reason? 1, he would have gone after Sadam because of his belief of the danger of WOMD in Sadam's hand's, and of coarse there are none. Or they are there, or wore, and he refuses to do what's neccesary to keep American's safe, by taking Sadam out, and doing what is neccasary to prevent another 9/11 or worse, I am not worried about our children's, children's financial burden right now, I would rather make sure thier parent's are alive to make sure that they are born, how many children wont make it into this world because of 9/11? I bet right now they wouldn't mind having to work, and help pay for this war so they can live, and live in a free country at that. America Bullies? That's the biggest crock yet! we are not the ones who surpress thier own country men, like half the countries in the world, follow the party line or be jailed, or killed, refusing to allow people to have an opinion other than what the govering authority will allow you, why don't you take a long hard look at how many of his own people Sadam killed, with yes, weopon's of mass destruction! I guess we have our nerve after being attacked on our soil, and watching as 3000 people die because someone just doesn't like us, to now take the initiative to make as sure as possible that doesn't happen again, and if it does, may God forbid! We will be sure to hear how it was all Bush's fault, that he didn't do enough! If there is any chance that all info on WOMD is wrong, then to bad, it's nobody's fault but Sadam's, he's the one who refused the U.N. resolution, which lead to having to rely on possible speculation, Sadam bare's the responsibility all by himself! Why after 9/11 people would not rejoice at the downfall and removal of this butcher of a leader, is beyond me. :( |
offiss, sorry to say but you are wasting your time. I agree with you 100% and I can't understand for the life of me how these other Americans can think so different then I do. But, our Country has been all the better with up until now with MANY opinions.
peace a God bless this great Nation. mike |
and for the record, the Bin Ladens are close, documented Bush supporters.

all the water trucks in iraq could not be used because they had been flushed with jet fuel, a common soviet trick to fool american chemical sensors...
but I do kinda think the whole iraq thing wasn't cause of WMD, at least not entirely... And if you ask people in russia right now, many man of them would tell you they hate democracy and would rather have the old dictatorship, with the secret police and all... changing minds takes time; the most important thing is getting all sides to have an open mind... its hard, cause everyone wants to think they're always right... its easier that way. Anyways, the internet is really a horrible forum for debate, flaming and trolling is too common, and people tend to be much bigger assholes. Next time we have political jokes, can we please try to avoid pointless sniping? Yelling louder doesn't make you right or change anyone's mind. thanks. |
heh heh..he said "documented BUSH supporters" bwhahahahaha! His cave living azz is gonna rally the vote. hahahaha
just pointing out the irony in your Bin Laden picture holding a Kerry sign when Bush is the one who's ONE degree away from him. offiss, you're just getting partisan when you talk about past administrations and how 'liberals' blame Bush for 911. no one HERE said that. dems vs repubs is an even more useless debate than this one. its foolish to think that this war was about national security. or 9/11. its been proven no Iraqi had anything to do with that. and the miniscule WMD you refer too was in no shape or form an IMMEDIATE THREAT to the U.S. like Bush had you believe in the State of the Union. if security is the case then we'd be in north korea, who is waving a confirmed nuke in our face with the delivery capability than Saddam never came close to having. and please, do not think for ONE SECOND this war is about civil rights. if that were close to true, we'd be in a ton of other countries. no, this war was obviously about OTHER things, if you don't see that it's because you haven't looked beyond what Bush has told you. even when his information has been proven to be false. |
