Lloyd and Campbell are getting some extra time to work together before Mini-camp

This won't air on TV until August 3rd, but I'd be interested to know how Campbell and Lloyd looked together out there.
Hopefully this sort of thing will help to fuel their chemistry a little bit more.

Isn't the QB Competition just a one or two-day thing?

It would be better to hear that Lloyd and Campbell are practicing with each other on a regular basis. Not just for the cameras on some ESPN special.

Maybe someone will actually give Lloyd some credit since the anemic offense was blamed on him last year (just like the horrible defense is "all Sean Taylors fault" because he "had a major regression".

Yes he has, I saw him on one of the clips playing catch with Santana. All you have to do other than to look for the 85 is find the grape smugglers, spandex or Daisy DUKES! That is his style.

Yes he does, but look who he is standing next to. All kidding aside I noticed that last week in one of the OTA videos too! I hope he can still run with that new weight.

My biggest concern with the bulk is his leaping and ball skills.

We shall see. He has to leap with a few more pounds. Now if he added strength in his legs, he should be alright. As far as his ball skills, when you add bulk, your not as limber, so hopefully he can still touch his hands over his head in shoulder pads.

yeah i want the lloyd in 2005 if we can get those numbers from him we will be in great shape

48 receptions 733 yards 5 touchdowns with a long of 89

2006 stats:
23 receptions 365 yards 0 touchdowns with a long of 52

we need the 2005 brandon lloyd in 2007 and he better show up

Lloyd is the closest thing we have to a possession receiver and I can see Campbell going to him a lot. Lloyd was horribly under-used last season and I bet things change. It is a bold statement, and it's not like I'll be surprised if I'm wrong, but I definitely can see this happening.

Brandon Lloyd: 58 receptions 769 yards 5 tds
Antwaan Randle El: 38 receptions 525 yards 3 tds
