Which Redskin will you target for FF team?
 

Of course everyone would love to have Portis and Moss, but usually Portis goes rearly and Moss seems to always get drafted way too high.

Cooley used to be a gem, but his on everyones radar now.
Interesting to see what Campbells average draft postion will be. I woud like to take him as a second QB.

Bradon Lyold, he seems like he could be the real steal, draft him witha very late pick and see what happens.

Since I tend to take QB's late in the draft (7th round or later) I think I'll target Campbell as my #2. I'm not high on Portis actually right now due to the knee issue but that will most likely change during the pre-season.

Campbell, Moss, and Cooley are all great bets this year to be highly undervalued. Portis will likely be overvalued in leagues, but Betts could see enough carries to justify being a No. 2 fantasy back.

My main fantasy football league is an auction league. I'm going HARD for Jason Campbell. For my money, he's THE sleeper at QB this season.

10 TD passes in six starts last year. Translates to 26 over a full season. Plus the kid will run a lil bit. He'll make a strong QB1; I think he finishes in the top 8 of fantasy QBs.

It will be very tough to outbid me for him this year.

I'll take a late pick or undrafted pickup on Lloyd. He has the ability to come out of no where. A late pickup of Betts I think is smart too, I always pick up backup RBs late and it seems to work out when injuries happen. Portis IMO is on his way down. Few running backs are reliable past 30, while he has 4 years I think the gears are in motion.

Yeah, I'll wait for a lot of the QBs to get auctioned off before I nominate Campbell. I want to make sure a lot of people are low on cap space when his name comes up.

I make it a rule to not have any members of the team I root for on my fantasy squad. That said I think Campbell could be a huge sleeper. Watch out for Betts cause Portis is hurt and may not start the season. Cooley is in a contract year (we hope he gets signed before the season, but hey...) and should have a good year. But the guy nobody has mentioned and oculd be good is Randle El.

I used to go that way also. But the fact of the matter is I know the redskins the best. I just dont reach for redskins to get them on my squad.

Good point, Randle could put some numbers, esp if your in a deep league.

Cooley and Moss. Anyone else that I might pickup will be later on in the season. I want to say JC( had him last year), but that is a true wildcard type pick during the preseason FF drafts. Fox has him rated 26 of the 32 QBs
in how they predict they will end up. He will progress, but he might not progress as fast as we would like. He only has 7 games under his belt and did OK. Llyod and Randle El were not even rated in the top 40 WRs on NFL.com, if I remember correctly, when I ranked my Wr's. Too many what ifs with JC and the other WR's to try and pick them up as even backups. In the past few seasons I picked up the Skins D, but not this year, not even for my backup D.
Except for Cooley and Moss, stay away from Skins as your starters unless they do in fact get it together offensively and you will be able to get them via FA.

I have managed to get Portis, Moss, the past two years, and Cooley last year but it didnt really pan out. If I am going to homer any part of the squad this year the Skins will be my 2nd DST until they prove better or worse. Other than that I will let the draft chips fall where they may.

I might be swayed in getting the Skins D as my backup D. Fletcher and Smoot are definite upgrades, but the DL is still a big question mark. Hopefully in the 08' draft we will finally address that problem.

Cooley late as well. I'm also going to be homer and grab Campbell as well. Pretty much anyone who isn't a Redskins fan doesn't think much of him. I'm buying into the hype without a doubt.

I'm going for Cooley. This is more than just a homer pick with a young QB the TE is bound to get a lot of touches.

Staying on topic, my pick would be Cooley or Randle El. I think ARE will take at least 2 punts back for a TD this year and his numbers at receiver should be better than last year.

Moss could be under the radar a bit this year, he's definitely worth keeping an eye on.

I would definitely take a gamble on Campbell as a backup.

Campbell would be my second choice for a backup QB. Prognosticators aren't saying bad things about him, but aren't in the mindset that he will improve all that much. I am thinking he will be available via FA at least through week 3 then you will get a feel for him. Of course my league is all Skins fans so that probably won't happen. Just not sure I want him as my backup. I did that year and his numbers were lackluster. Randle El would be a stretch. If any of the WR's will see much improvement it will be Lloyd I think. OF course Moss is the man so taking him would be a good option. I normally am a homer on FF and take a ton of skins, but it only worked in 1999 when I had Davis Johnson, Westbrook, Connell, Alexander, and the Skins D. I went 7-0 til I lost my first game. 2007 might be the same since we are under the radar, but we will see by game 3-4 if we are any good. I am itching to take Llyod and the Skins D, but going to hold off.

When I draft the only Skins I will be looking at are Randle El, Cooley, Moss, and Jason. Jason I think for all the receiving talent he has it will be hard for him to be bad. Randle El because he can do everything and punt and kick return touchdowns are worth some serious points in my league. Moss is a huge play receiver who can really rack up the yards/touchdowns, and Cooley is just really solid.

I do the same, and that's pretty much the reason I stopped playing fantasy football. I got sick of not being able to enjoy a good game because they weren't throwing to my guy enough.

I'm in a leauge that gives points for Kick Return yards, so I'm going to grab R.C in a late round. I also have a LB spot on my starting roster so I'll proabably pick up L.F. He made me mad points last year. I hope he adjusts to the defensive properly.
