Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
I'm still enjoying today's big SKINS win, but I'm looking forward to a Dallas lost this week. Not,likely tomorrow against the Bills, but New England will
wipe out the Cowboy's undefeated record. Go Bills and Pats !!! |

I hate to cheer for the cheaters, but I hate the Cowboys more. I actually think Cowboys might win that game, but if we beat the pack, we're rolling. |
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
There is no way in hell the Cowboys will beat New England. They are too good on both sides of the ball, Dallas is only good on one.
|
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
The Redskins just need to win their games, and the rest will take care of itself
That said, watch out for my main man Trent Edwards tomorrow. He'll put a scare in the Boys tomorrow |

Disagree. Adailus Thomas went down today and Cleveland moved the ball OK despite Anderson's picks. I do like Pats in a close one. 27-24 Pats. God I hate the cowboys. |

I hope the Redskins never lose a game again till they play the Cowboys so when Dallas beats Washington, they will be beating the best, check that, second best team in the NFC. With that being said, anything can happen on national TV. Heck the Bears won against the previously undefeated Packers last night. It is also funny how this site from sadness, anger, and moping to cheers and celebrations. Glad to see this again. |

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
Why the tits is this game on monday night football???? did they want a rematch of the 92 and 93 lopsided superbowls???? Remember when dallas put up 52 on these jokers? And yes.....marshawn lynch is the next thurman thomas......while trent edwards is the next jim kelly haha

Well for starters, there is no one left for either team from 92 and 93. And the Bills are a small market team and the NFL wanted to get them some national time in their home stadium. First time on MNF in 13 years (conincendentally I was at the last appearance when they played the Houston Oilers). And they needed another large market team to help with the fan draw. When the schedule was announced, this was the first home game to sell out for Buffalo. |

Just wait until next Sunday night when the Saints play the Seahawks! OUCH, can you say shitty ratings? |

LOL, I think it has more to do with Wade going back to Buffalo. Last year, every time the Cowboys played the Giants at NY, they would show that game on prime time or the game would be televized nationaly. |

And the alternative to that statement would be what? We would be happy if they won?
It is also funny how this site from sadness, anger, and moping to cheers and celebrations. Glad to see this again.
Well, part of me is convinced that a lot of Skins fans are just simply bi-polar. |
And the alternative to that statement would be what? We would be happy if they won?
NO, if you read the rest of my post you will find that "alternative" you are looking for. The best alternative, which some Redskins fans have mentioned already, is to care about the Redskins winning. I do want them to win the rest of their games till they meet the Cowboys. A true fan will care about how well his team does, a hater would like to see other teams suffer. I know it is about winning the NFC East, but if the Redskins win their games, they wouldn't care if the if Cowboys go 14-2 as long as those two losses are against the Redskins themselves. Try to be a fan of the Redskins, not a Cowboys, Giants, and Eagles hater. |

We are passionate about our team first and Cowboys hatred is bred into us. Of course, I don't think having true passion for a team is a concept most Cowboys fans understand. When you are losing, most of your fanbase scatters like cockroaches when the light is turned on. I'm not speaking about you specifically, but that does seem to be case more often than not within your fanbase. I wouldn't begrudge you taking pleasure in our demise. It's a rivalry. That's what makes it fun. |
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
i hate green bay.

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
While I dont think they'll beat Dallas tonight...I'm expecting tonights game to be really close....I live near Buffalo and let me tell you, they are treating this like the freaking Super Bowl. They havent hosted Monday Night Football in something like 11 years, hell I dont even know when they last hosted a primetime game....Dallas I think is too good for a pretty bad Bills team...but I think the Bills are going to come out firing tonight.

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
. It's a rivalry. That's what makes it fun.
We are the classic rivalry....Hate is a strong word ...but it is what it is, If we said mildly "we strongly dislike the Cowboys" lol... that just does not cover it. My hate for the cowboys began as a young child watching the old 1970's match ups on Thanksgiving Day... with 2 mins. remaining and the SKINS ahead by 3...we get burned by the Roger/ Drew connection last second TD .Oh damn, did that sh*t ever sting...The Cowboys ruined many of would be happy Thanksgivings for DC area residents back then. I do not hate the people of Dallas nor, the Cowboy fans that post here. But IMO,the team attitude has always impressed me as extremely arrogant and full of themselves. So, I still look forward to them falling hard...one of my greatest joys. |
Hold on, don't make this a battle between me and the Redskins fans. I never said they think that way, I said you do. I see a lot of Redskins fans here who are TRUE fans. They are upset that their team is making a mistake here or there, and happy when they see them succeed. You, on the other hand, care a lot about other NFC East teams losing.
Of course, I don't think having true passion for a team is a concept most Cowboys fans understand.
LOL, very civil of you to attack a person you don't know and question their loyalty.
I wouldn't begrudge you taking pleasure in our demise. It's a rivalry. That's what makes it fun.
No, I don't take pleasure in that. Like I said before, I want the Redskins to be undefeated when they play the Cowboys and get thrashed by Dallas. I loved it when Dallas man-handled Chicago with their great "D". I don't think you played football. Why would you want to play garbage teams? It is like trying to pick a fight with a kid. Why don't you want the Redskins to be great and play the Pats and Colts and beat them so bad they can't play the next weekend instead of worrying about how bad can the other teams get so Washington can have an easy win? I only "hate" the team Dallas plays for about 3 hours. |

There's nothing wrong with talking smack about Dallas, especially on a Redskins board. I would expect the same treatment if I went to a Cowboys board. I do hate Dallas with a passion. The only thing I don't wish on your team is injuries. If you're expecting me to congratulate you or be happy when you win, that's not gonna happen. |

It's not just about our team winning, it's also about your team losing and if you don't get that or it hurts your feelings, too bad. We're all for intelligent discussion and opposing view points around here, but don't get butt hurt because we take pleasure in a division rival losing. Personally I have two favorite teams every week, the Redskins and whoever's playing the cowboys. |

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
New England should ruin dallas with a complete team, but lets go bills a just in case
|
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
I don't see ROMO'S floaters not being picked all day by the NE secondary
|
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
...with all that said, GO BILLS !!!
|
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
Speaking of the Bills, that's the same punter that got blown up by Sean Taylor last year. He got lucky it didn't happen again, great call though!

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas

Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
The Bills just stopped them AGAIN, and Romo walked off the field smiling. What a cocky little punk. I hope he continues to wet the bed tonight.

Yeah you're right....they have to actually lose this game first before I get excited anyways. |
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
how bout them Bills? they are playing the takeaway game nicely with 2 picks in 2 drives
|
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
All tied up now. But I like what I'm seeing from the Bills D overall
|

Yeah, they are getting to Romo on almost every play, hopefully thatll lead to more costly mistakes... |
Re: Bills and Pats-vs-Dallas
Trent Edwards looks really solid. I'm glad Philly didn't draft him over Kolb. Marshawn Lynch is the real deal. Good 'ol Robert Royal just made a nice play on a screen...
