The unrealistic part of feels the same way.: Eagles 24, Pats 23. Of course, I don't want this to happen since it throws the Eagles even further into the playoff hunt but I just get a feeling... |

56 to 10 pats will win with stallworth getting 2 touchdowns against his former team

Re: Philly@New England
Wow, please stop trying to pick upsets. Last I heard McNabb isn't playing and if that's true there is about a 0% chance of Philly pulling out an upset.

Re: Philly@New England
All I know is that with the spanking that the Giants got from the Vikes, the Skins loss to the Bucs and the probable loss by the Eagles. Put those three losses with a Dallas win over the Jets on Thursday, just meant Dallas can lock up the division one week earlier!

Speaking of that...I just heard on Football Night in America, the Pats have already clinched the AFC East with Buffalo's loss today... In-F*cking-Credible... Anyone know whats the earliest in the season a team has clinched the division?.... |
Re: Philly@New England
WOW! 14-14 and Philly just recovered an onside kick. That is the kind of shit you have to do to beat the Pats. Take chances and get some luck.

Re: Philly@New England
New England sleep walked into this one. I can't see Philly keeping this up though.

Eagles 21-Pats 17 2.53 left in the half!! Loving this!!

Re: Philly@New England
Feeley is playing lights out...very impressed by the Iggles...
|
Re: Philly@New England
Can you believe this? 21-17! I still think New England should end up pulling it out.
|
Re: Philly@New England
Wow how did the refs not review that play??
A little Patriots favoritism?? |
Re: Philly@New England
It was a great catch.

Yeah, with a knee out of bounds. That should have been reviewed. |

I know everyone would love for the Pats to get what is coming to them, but unfortunately a win by the Eagles would put them into the #6 spot in the NFC playoff picture by virtue of their win over Detroit and probably (I'd have to check Division and Conference records) two games up on the Redskins. You really can't root for the Eagles to win this one, despite the fact that no one outside of Boston likes the Patriots. |
Re: Philly@New England
Did you see his rear foot dragging on the ground? Reid is pretty good at challenging calls, I don't think he missed this one. No, I'm not a Patriots lover, the only team I love even if they break my heart is the Redskins!!

It wasn't up to Reid to challenge it needed to come from the booth, and in that situation it was very surprising that they didn't take another look. |
Re: Philly@New England
TD Philly. Damn, I hate both of these teams so much but tonight I would love to see the Pats go down. I understand all the playoff scenario stuff, but I can be selfish every once in a while.

Re: Philly@New England
Let the Pats lose another week, we need Philly to go down
|
Re: Philly@New England
Philly is blowing it now. Good news for us.
|
Re: Philly@New England
Is Philly that good? Or did they just play a hell of game? We couldn't even begin to hang with the Pats, and the Eagles almost beat them.

Philly is the kind of team that does every thing in its power to rise to the challenge. Most of that is coaching in one way or another. |

And we beat the Eagles once, so it must mean... Nothing. New England was a little cocky, and Philly had a good game plan. That's about all we should take from this game. |
Re: Philly@New England
how depressing..another N.E win(nuff said)
