Yeah, probably Moss. When he's on he's probably one of the fastest guys in the entire league.

Moss without question. Portis, Landry, and perhaps Carlos Rogers would be the next fastest.

I think Landry won by a nose. Clinton ran a 4.26 coming out of Miami, but I'm certain he's lost some speed. LaRon ran a 4.35 at the combine. Moss has got to be the fastest on the team.

Santana isn't going to risk blowing a hamstring to race his teammates. He just got healthy.

They raced once and Landry won by a hair. Yes, Moss is faster than both of them.

Portis looks like he has bulked up a bit since coming in to the league. Just checked NFL.com, he's [B]#2 in the NFL[/B] in rushing! I think he's a lock for 1,500 yds this year.

CP has a great burst but I'm not sure he has the speed he once did. He has had only one long run for a TD and in other cases has been chased down by the D. I'm not complaining at all.

WikiAnswers has Chris Johnson, RB Titans as the NFL's fastest player with a 4.24 40. This was an electronic timed 40 at his combine. I'd be willing to bet though that Devin Hester is the fastest guy in pads.

So now I understand why he's stuck around so long...didn't notice his speed but now that I think about it he never really allows too much separation between he and the WR, he just has poor technique...anyone know what his speed is on Madden 09', its probably below 90

Santana is blazing. I do remember GW making those comments about Torrence though. He's super fast, so as his technique improves I think we'll see even more of him.

On wikipedia its says in 1999 moss ran the 60 yard dash in 6.83 seconds which is pretty absurd.

I would go with santana...but as far as the league...I would think devin hester and maybe reggie bush or darrien sproles and i hate to say it but felix jones for the cow pukes has got some wheels.
