Season Is Under Way!

How awesome is it that the season has started. Everyone is eagerly watching finally, fantasy football starts, man its just so exciting!!

Daseal 09-09-2004 09:59 PM

Yeah. Anyone believe me that the Pats miss Ted Washington yet?

Jamaican'Skin 09-09-2004 10:49 PM

I believe. 102 yards on the ground in the 1st half? thats terrible.

That Guy 09-09-2004 11:55 PM

pats still looking good though...

Daseal 09-09-2004 11:59 PM

Pats looking good thanks to Edge getting a case of the Ahman Green's.

Redskins_P 09-10-2004 12:04 AM

Great game. What a way to start the season!

MTK 09-10-2004 12:08 AM

The Colts totally blew that one

Daseal 09-10-2004 12:10 AM

Yeah, Colts had that one. Oh well, Im ready for the skins! Especially with all the shit they're talking on the bucs board.

Jamaican'Skin 09-10-2004 12:20 AM

I thought Vanderjaght was automatic. O well.

That Guy 09-10-2004 12:26 AM

key word, 'was'

MTK 09-10-2004 12:27 AM

Colts should have played for the FG at the end, the sack just killed them, they could have used those 10 yards.

RedskinRat 09-10-2004 12:40 AM

I'm really pissed off with James. They had that game won and he fumbles....

im4skins 09-10-2004 01:14 AM

Screw the colts

Whatever bad happens to the colts, they deserve. Its called football karma. When dungy decided to run the score up on whatever team (can't think of team right now ) allowed manning to throw 6 TD passes against, God said to himself, " that's crap ". And the AFC championship game was beautiful. I like manning, but i just thought it was garbage. No pity here for the unlucky horseshoes.

SKINSnCANES 09-10-2004 01:40 AM

when he threw all those touchdowns passes it was to come back and win.

JWsleep 09-10-2004 02:04 AM

Turnovers will kill ya! Neither D looked very good. Both those guys can pass. Ramsey should take Brady lessons!

That Guy 09-10-2004 02:26 AM

brady's pretty good ;)... dillion will definately help the pats, but it was obvious that their run D is much worse without washington.

bridaman51 09-10-2004 12:14 PM

I was never a big fan of Brady thought he was overrated good coaches and players around him. I would like to take some of that back, He does have good coaches and players, but Brady is a good quarterback he makes such precise passes they are right were they need to be every time, I am impressed. But the Redskins are still the last team to beat them.....hahahahahahahahahahaha

MTK 09-10-2004 12:19 PM

Brady is a hell of a QB, I'll never understand why people question his abilities especially after what he's done so early in his career.

Some of his throws last night were just amazing. The guy sees the field incredibly well.

In case anyone was counting that makes 16 straight wins for the Pats including the postseason, that's crazy.

bridaman51 09-10-2004 12:34 PM

I dont know why I doubted him maybe cause he was not such a high profile guy. But I do have a new respect for him and think he is a heck of a QB.

EEich 09-10-2004 12:37 PM

As much as I love the Redskins, Brady is still my favorite player. He is Joe Montana.

I think both teams looked pretty good last night. Gonna be a tough season.

its cause he's not vick exciting... the whole team is pretty meat and potatoes good all around football, with few mistakes. He's not throwing to holt TO moss or marvin, they just got a runner worth two rats... its just not flashy (though very effective). He still threw for 3600 yards last season (6th overall)...

SmootSmack 09-11-2004 12:27 AM

Just wondering, with all these Brady-Montana comparisons. Has Montana ever been asked what he thinks of Brady and the comparisons? And if so, what did Joe Cool say?
