I'll have to agree it was not funny at all. If that was Romo doing this people here would be saying send that to Zorn when Dallas week rolls around and it will get the team pumped up to beat them. HMMMMMMMM

I thought it was funny best part is when he tries to catch it from behind.

Then turns around and gets nailed with another ball. LOL.

Good stuff, that's what we need to get this rivalry back to where it was. To jdlea, i don't think it was intended to be the next Anchorman or Wedding Crashers, easy up fella

Re: Cooley Mocks Witten and Romo

Yeah, Cooley is definitely no Rogen or Carrell. He's just a goofy dude that throws the occasional youtube out there with the idea of having fun. Pretty hard to hate on that. I did laugh when he bent over and caught the ball in the ass. What can i say, i'm 12...

Cooley is this generation's John Riggins;) I'm a big fan, but won't forgive him for that dropped pass on the 2 yard line in the playoffs against the Seahawks until the Skins win the Super Bowl.

jeez hasn't the guy done far more good than bad over the course of his career?

I'll never understand the little things people hold against players.

Everyone fumbles, everyone throws INTs, everyone drops passes now and then. That's life.

Re: Cooley Mocks Witten and Romo

How can anyone not think this is cool?

It's a professional football player taking a shot, or at least poking fun at, a player from an archrival.

In an era where pro sports has seen rivalries diminished thanks to free agency and players working out in the offseason together, this harkens back to the good old days when George Allen and Joe Gibbs understood that beating Dallas means the world.

If Cooley gets Witten, Romo and the rest of the Cowboys all pissed off, I say GOOD. That's the way it's supposed to be.

Re: Cooley Mocks Witten and Romo

Not only that, Cooley has AMAZING hands. Everyone drops passes but I would say he has one of the top sets of hands in the NFL.

Re: Cooley Mocks Witten and Romo

yup thats some funny stuff. i could see romo and witten doing a response video which would be freakin hilarious too (if they can pull it off which i think they can, them guys seem to be goofy/lighthearted aswell) . . .

its is fun having the skins and boys both having relatively young fan fav pro-bowler tight ends growing veteran together. if only the boys had a Cp counterpart.

the probowl it seems allows players to get to know other players on different teams, become friends or atleast comfortable enough to make a goof video about witten and not have to worry about if being taken out of context.

go skins!!

ps - i would like to see the boys fans reactions. probably taking cooley alil too serious.

1. Not cool. Talking smack when he's on the losing team of the rivalry? God forbid Romo tears our secondary apart...

2. George Allen and Joe Gibbs created/stoked the rivalry by keeping their heads down and did their talking on the field. Especially Joe.

3. Piss off the Cowboys? Why give them an incentive/momentum to beat us?!!! See Answer #1.

4. Look, I'm all for smack, but until we dominant the division, Cooley needs to shut it, because frankly i didn't see a lot of Chaos from the Captain last year. Did you?

5. That Romo/Homo thing is so played out and so damn juvenile.

Uhhhh, don't think so about being this generation's John Riggins. Not even close. But give me a Super Bowl ring and a tasteless comment to Sonia Sotomayor and I might change my mind.

Isn't our record pretty even the last 10 games against them

One word...Camouflage...And didn't Gibbs says he hates the color blue upon his return to coaching?

They probably have incentive already

Cooley had a pretty damn good season last year. Unfortunately, for some all they see is the lack of TDs

Agreed. Not very original

You do know that Cooley and Witten are friends, right? Just checking. I'm sure you've played a prank on your friends before. If you haven't, then you need to.

Huh? Lets look at the similarities.

1. He's a white guy that at one point or another has sported an afro

2. He's big into drinking and partying (the video can probably atest to that).

3. He has a jersey number in the 40's

4. He's arguably our best skilled offensive player.

5. He came from the middle of nowhere (Riggins-Kansas, Cooley-Utah)

6. He plays with reckless abandon.

Trust me the guy definitely is this generations John Riggins. I'm just surprised it hasn't been pointed out earlier. As far as the video is concerned I thought it was kind of lame which is kind of surprising because usually his stuff is pretty funny.
