Daniels is amazing. Orakpo has benched 515 lbs? That's so crazy it's funny. Wow. What else can you say? Wow.

BIG MIKE can still hold his own! But Daniels is crazy strong for his or any age for that matter.

I once saw Daniels while out. He said something unkind to my lady so I completely kicked his butt until he begged me to stop.

ok, maybe j/k

This team has more monsters on it than I can ever remember. Orakpo, Daniels, Haynesworth, Williams, Sellers and Landry could all compete for strongest player at their position in the entire NFL. There is no doubt Sellers is the biggest baddest FB, Daniels is the strongest strong side DE and Landry is one of the strongest FS. I'm pretty sure Orakpo might be one of the strongest linebackers in the whole league.

It's awesome!!!!!!!!

I'd like to know what numbers Mike Williams puts up now that he's lost all the weight.

If Mike Williams had fell on top of Orakpo six months ago he could've pressed him right off him.

More importantly, all those guys you mentioned (hopefully Williams & Rak can be included) play w/intensity & killer instinct.

I still think Mark Schereleth and Tre Johnson were stronger than these guys.

Moss doesn't have the frame of your average WR.
He's kinda like built like a small RB.
I'm not surprised, if you want to be surprised look up Joey Galloway's bench.

He has impressive arms actually.

Andre Carter or Orakpo would be my guess for strongest. I was never aware of Daniels beastliness before.

Is it just me or is Cooley "pushing" his bicep up with his other hand from behind, like we all did when we were kids and didn't have muscles yet? :D

Re: The Strongest Redskin

Moss is pretty built it just caught me off guard is all. That's the modern day athlete though I guess. These guys get paid big $$ to be in top shape.

And those look bigger than your typical 45s, but even if they are 45s you are talking about 455 in that clip.

Yeah, saw him on TCLive last night getting interviewed by Kelli Johnson and he had on spandex sleeves...his does have impressive arms.

It's in the Video section where Cooley is flexing:
