Let's try to contain the cut talk to this thread.

So far Colt to IR, Chase has been cut, and it sounds like Suisham is staying.

i assumed Suisham would be staying. not all that crazy about that plan but at least we know what we got. I have not seen anything on this anyone have confirmation?

so chase was placed on waivers or was cut? He will still have a chance at the ps? What kind of move are we going to make for a third qb? Tarvaris Jackson maybe?

I think everyone who is cut goes on waivers for 24 hours. After that he could go on the practice squad. It sounds like 2 QBs this year.

The skinny seems to be that Chase will be on the PS, but the skins may only carry 2 QBs on the roster. We'll see.

alright sounds good for chases chance at ps ... a little risky only having two qbs on the roster who know the offense escpecially if someone picked up chase

There are so many QB's being cut, I would be surprised if anyone is targeting Chase.

I wasn't really concerned about Mason making it, but I thought Wynn got outplayed by both Jackson and Buzbee this preseason.

Agreed, Id rather have Jackson for the future, as opposed to Wynn for one year.

It really wouldn't have made a lot of sense to bring Mason back at all if they didn't intend to keep him this time around. They know his deficiencies as well as his strengths, and I don't think he has any PS elgibility left. Good to see him make it.

Wynn staying is good IMO and hopefully Jarmon is here to stay as well. The young crop of Buzbee and Jackson don't have what it takes IMO...Wynn is a run stopper, not the stud big Phil is but he's good to come in fresh and give Daniels a breather. Jarmon and Daniels should be the guys next year :) All good stuff.

Hate this news about Suisham...the worst damn kicker from last year makes the roster again :(
