Redskins Jet Spotted in Denver

I heard this on the radio this morning, and I haven't seen it mentioned here yet. The word out of Redskins Park is that the jet was being used by another corporation, but being the conspiracy theorist that I am, I find it a little more than coincidental that Snyder's jet is parked close to where Shanahan lives on the Monday after an embarrassing loss.

Thoughts?

Old news. Snyder was not there. Tom Cruise lives in Denver and the plane was probably taking Cruise back home.

Perhaps, but then why lie and say that it was rented by another corporation? I also heard on the Mike Wise Show that it was heading to Minnesota next.

Makes sense since it would be another panic move that the Redskins are famous for. I would be more for it if Brandon Marshall had the title OT/OG in front of his name on the roster.

Redskins plane was there dropping off Cruise. From what I understand, Snyder and Cerrato were NOT in Denver.

Tom Cruise is up here (well actually in Boston) so I really don't think it had anything to do with him.

^^^ you know what i find troubling about that link? the article about zorn and snyder. zorn saying he is going to be spending alot of time with snyder trying to figure things out this week. perhaps my hate for snyder clouds my viewpoint but zorn should be spending alot of time with his coaches trying to figure out our probelms, not the freakin 36 year old fantasy owner.

Snyder needs to set up a meeting with Tony Dungy to figure out how to get his organization in line. Leave the head coach alone and let him and his staff worry about the game plan and preparation.

The info in that link is the exact info that was in the one I posted. Now I'm not saying that it's a lock that Bolno is lying, but would he really say "Redskins officials flew to Denver to speak with Shanahan"? I doubt it.

Of course not. One question though. Can anyone think of an instance where a coach was fired mid-season and replaced by someone outside of the organization? Would seem all but unprecedented.

That's because no outside coach would ever dream of doing that to their career unless they were being compensated by a vast amounts of money...uh-oh...this could potentially happen then.

At first I thought Snyder would fire Snyder, but he and Vinny have a fair amount riding on Zorn. They plucked him out of the qb coaching ranks and IMHO are trying to prove that he can be a HC.
