only reason i want to know is to exploit it |
Re: Around the NFL week 4
Denver is for real. Holding the Dallas offense to three points? They will not be a particularly winnable game.
|
Re: Around the NFL week 4
McDaniels has a lot of Denver fans eating some serious crow.
|
Re: Around the NFL week 4
Sanchez?
|
Re: Around the NFL week 4
G.Williams brought the house against a Rookie QB.
If only we would do the same... |
McDaniels has a lot of Denver fans eating some serious crow.
I think that a lot of people were questioning what he was doing heh stepping up big no doubt |

LOL Dallas is 2-2 just like us.. That means they aren't much better than a bad team like us lol |
Re: Around the NFL week 4
Orton has a higher QB rating then Cutler. Then again you have to consider that they're only 2 points apart and Cutler is working with a sandlot cast. Still have to give McDaniels credit, maybe he'll end up being the one Belicheck disciple to succeed on his own.

Re: Around the NFL week 4
What is going on with Tennessee. They went 10-0 last year, now they are 0-4??? that's crazy.
|
Re: Around the NFL week 4
Greg williams!!!

They lost Haynesworth. I think thats a major part of it, but at least they'll be able to draft another QB next year near the top of the draft. |

Who is the Defensive Coordinator of the Saints? |
Re: Around the NFL week 4
What is going on with Tennessee. They went 10-0 last year, now they are 0-4??? that's crazy.
Jim Schwartz to Chuck Cecil is like going from Gregg Williams to Greg Blache.
Turns out Kerry Collins plays like Kerry Collins. And they've also been pretty unlucky. |

I think Greg Blache is going to get the defense to play better. But Gregg Williams + Saints offense = Awesome. I think Gregg Williams got a raw deal here. Karma is a bia!! Didn't really get the question. Did you think I didn't know he was there D coordinator for the Saints? lol. His defense has been the difference. Brees has always been Brees. |

Tell you how much the little things matter in offense or defense. Things that can get lost between a def coach and his assistant. Bad examples Mangin, Romeo & Weis. Good example Broncos head coach. That's what we need DISCIPLINE. Can't remember the last time we had that. |

Re: Around the NFL week 4
Glad to see the Cowpukes lose. I guess we won't be hearing from their fans on this board for a while.
Watching the Steelers/Chargers game...should be a good one. |
Re: Around the NFL week 4
I forget, but which Cowboy fan was on here jawing last week? Anyway, can we officially call Roy Williams a bust?

His comments, made on the eve of the 43rd Superbowl come as no surprise considering that the team he has been ‘coaching’ has made it to the grand finale of the American football season this year. “I am a method actor” he says, “when I am Dr. Foreman on House I try to read up as much as I can about medicine. I am sure I can perform a simple surgery or two now. I approach the character of Mike Tomlin in a similar way. I have been reading ESPN.com everyday, have been watching John (the Steelers’ Assistant Head Coach John Mitchell) lecture the boys about football and hey, I even throw the old pigskin around now and then.” When asked about the toughest part about playing Mike, he says “It’s the pep talks before the game. Most of my lines consist of football jargon that I have got memorized but when it comes to the pep talks it can get very hard. The players look at me for inspiration but there is only so much I can do if my lines are not very good. I really have to put my heart and soul in it. Sometimes I even get carried away and improvise. Man if the Chargers don't do anything in this drive, they are going be in for a loooong game. |

Yeah, no kidding. At least we are not them or an 0-3 Carolina team that won 13 last year. It could be worse than being 2-2. |
