Thats funny you said that my buddy is a bengals fan and was at the ravens game today and he was sitting with a bunch of redskins season ticket holders.

Dude Dallas is way more exciting to watch than us, and I hate Dallas! We are so boring I swear I hope Zorn is gone this morning! Jc sucks also though

Just because Zorn in gone doesn't mean we'll be so different that we'll start winning games. It will just be more of the same just with a different coach.

I wouldn't mind Zorn playing the year out so the world can see who is to blame for this cluster-eff. I hope that the media bashes Snyderatto every step along the way just so it's absolutely clear to every fan, player and coach just where to point the finger.

When you watch other games and compare it to what the Skins are doing its like the rest of the league plays a different game than the Skins. The Skins are so far behind what other teams are doing on O its pathetic.

I watched the Colts vs Titans game and Peyton makes scoring look so easy. The Colts have a rookie WR #17 Collier out of BYU and he looks like a Pro Bowl WR. The good thing aboutn watching other teams play I dont get sick when they lose unlike the Redskins have me throwing up after watching them lose to bad teams.

Was it just me or was I the only person who was actually pleased with play calling yesterday? The offensive line injuries obviously hurt us a lot, but I thought we actually played pretty well and then lost a heartbreaker in the end.

Manning is a total perfectionist and is a stickler for details. Just a small observation..he carries out his play action passes to a tee. It actually looks like a run and he sucks in the linebackers and throws behind them with such ease. Our play action passes look like shit and doesn't fool anyone.

What play calls did you like? You thought we played pretty well? When?

They couldn't move the ball. They couldn't run. They couldn't pass. Cooley was shut out, Moss had 4 catches for 44 yards, and Portis averaged 3 yards a carry. Without those two Carolina turnovers we'd have managed just 3 points.

It seems to me that there really is no planning, no scheme, no strategy whatsoever with the offense. It's as if Zorn is simply pulling plays out of his wazzoo without any direction at all.

It's difficult for me to watch other teams play.

Not only are their offenses more advanced, they actually blitz successfully!

I've been making excuses for JC, Kelly, Thomas and pretty much damn near everyone else on the team but I just can't do it anymore.
It was disgusting to see Maclin and Collie make plays, We get jack shit from our guys...

I'm embarrassed to say that Daniel Snyder needs an intervention and that intervention is losing.

Actually, I agree with you.. Although the offense didn't shredded Panthers' def but we actually played better.. The stats are not there to show it but I could see it, as well..

I'm also starting to root for Cinn. I always liked Marvin Lewis and thought he should've been our coach instead of OBC. They've got a pretty damn good defense with Odom, Rivers and Ray M. Not to mention a ball hawking secondary. Plus they got Benson off his couch. What a great emotional win yesterday over Balt.

When the Skins look like dog crap in the 1:00pm game I can usually only force myself to watch bits and pieces of the later games. Maybe I'm too stuck in the mindset that if I can't be happy with the Redskins I don't want any one to be happy with their team. I'm petty like that.

I have to watch other teams play so I can see good football. Oh bring back the days of LaVar! So far this year I've seen NE beat the Bills and yesterday I saw Denver beat NE. Cerrato is a joke, but coaching this team that he and Snyder put together must be the greatest challenge in the world.

I really like watching some of the other teams. Everything seems so put together and seemless. When we do it, it looks choppy and usually results in us creating more work for ourselves.

I have always had a thing for the Broncos, mainly because I love the state of Colorado. I think I could follow them for awhile if I had to.

It's funny though when you look at a team like the Bengals they're on top of the world right now, but they've spent years (if not decades) as a total embarrassment in the NFL. But now you see them and it's hard to think that for much of the franchise's history things have been put together at all for the Bengals

Look at the smashmouth running game of the Dolphins. A credit to Parcells for building that O-line beautifully from the start. Must be nice.

Really? We had less than 200 yards of offense, and only scored more than 3 points because the D helped us with a few turnovers. Sure, Zorn knew JC wouldn't have any time to throw. Maybe he could have come up with a solution other than the slant route??

Yeah no doubt. Parcells is the type of guy that comes in and doesn't need 3 years to get the wheels turning... 1-15 to 9-7 in a year.. a willingness to innovate/borrow offensive trends like the Wildcat, putting good people in place.. he knows what to do for his system, we just get a guy good at the position.. or a similar position and expect him to be great

It's simple really. Parcells understands football is a team game. Snyderatto thinks a bunch of me's can come together and win. Um, no.

Well, it's painfully obvious that cerrato and snyder suck at putting a team together, and picking a coach...but until snyder realizes you can't have friends in the front office, this will continue to be a problem. I used to think Snyder would eventually get it considering his willingness to spend to win, but it appears I was wrong. Just like I was wrong about Campbell. Time to replace Snyder, Zorn and Campbell.

And it was also Parcells' who famously coined the phrase "you're as good as your record," but even if they end up 1-4 tonight, they're still a better team than the Skins. No question in my mind really. They're running all over a damn good Jets D, and doing it with a QB starting his second game.

Willingness to spend and desire to win doesn't mean a thing unfortunately. Snyder still hasn't learned that big names/big dollars do not = wins. As evidenced by how hard he's pushing for Shanahan.

If he's got such a hard on to win and spend money, then back the Brinks truck up in the driveway of a good GM.

Not really. Not when you're talking about the structure/future of an organization. In that regard, Miami craps on us. Easily really.

Yeah but do you think any of that is a consolation to Parcells? At the end of the day they'll be sitting home in January just like us. It's a results business.
