How many times can you watch the same peice of ice falling into the ocean and hearing about global warming. We all know now that its all made up.

that is a helluva a deal i paid 55 for mine a year ago or so and thought i got it at a steal. and if you think it is just ice falling you got it wrong man. the footage they shot for these dvds is sick, some of it is s no one has ever caught on video before, and you have to have it in blu ray there is no other way to watch it.

The shark jumping out of the water in super slo-mo alone is worth the price.

I was half joking and the footage they shot is stunning but it seems that everything they do or talk about leads back to global warming at some point.

Matty your right about the shark fottage. I'm actually breaking down this year and buying a HD TV so I'll enjoy that stuff just a little more.

Damn! I've seen it sold from $60-$90, definitely a steal. I didn't have the money at the time so I bought Natures Most Amazing Events. Blu-Ray was simply amazing, definitely am going to pick this up now too.

I've always seen it for $60 on up, but at this price it's a no-brainer.

I bought my copy when it was 69.99. The best footage is the croc's taking down the wilderbeast in slomo. Also the whole fresh water disk can't be beat.

I'm surprised at how many of you purchase these type things. Do you all purchase alot of movies and stuff like this? I did get the Forest Gump VCR (gift) some years back but have never thought to buy these things because how many times can you watch the same thing. Now we do buy some for my daughter as she can watch the same video 100 times.

My big purchase for this holiday off time is going to be Band of Brothers in Blu-ray

I only purchase movies that are my all time favorites, things I know I'm going to watch over and over.

Exactly, especially when they're discounted. Purchased a shit load on Black Friday from Amazon...you can't pass up Gladiator on blu-ray for $10.

Gladiator was the first BR disc I bought, $10 is a steal. Think I got it for $20

same here i have had my ps3 since it came out i rarely play, i actually rarely use it, i need to hook it up to the internet, but i only have about 15 or so blu rays that i have bought, i usually watch the movies on the pay channels, but movies like behind enemy lines, pvt ryan, gladiator, planet earth, i definitly pop in every now and then, there is nothing like a good war movie in blu ray, just need to convince the fiancee of that and i'm golden

$50 now!

I was going to get it but as much as I enjoyed it I just don't have the time nor the desire to watch over and over.

I have like 300 plus movies on DVD and I just look at the book case they sit on in my basement and thing what a waste. I have not bought a DVD in over 4 years. I have not palyed any of those 300 plus DVDs in over 4 years as well.

I would sell them on eBay but then I think my son may enjoy them when he gets a bit older.

I guess my DVD collection is my small hoarding addition becasue normally I either sell or throw out stuff, I HATE CLUTTER.

Speaking of hoarding ever seen this series? Last nights episode (12/01/2009) probably the worst house I have ever seen.

Here is the episode I was speaking of:

I love watching hoarders! That shit is sick though. Best thing to do for that lady is bulldoze that place and put her in a nursing home.

That was what I thinking the whole time but they didn't seem to have the money for her to be in a nursing home.

The bathroom scenes in that episode will be with me for a long time.

Plus I would like to say there is a difference between a hoader and a complete lazy sloppy person. A hoader generally collects tons of stuff over time, the lady last night was just a complete lazy sloppy person. She kept crapping in a toliet that didn't work, what was she doing hoarding poop!

This has got to be the best Blu-Ray movie I own currently. I might not get any sleep tonight because of the game and watching this amazing footage.
