Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
As much as I hate LaVar, he is suppose to have a tribute this afternoon on his show for ST.
RIP. |
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
I still tear up every time I watch a tribute vid.
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
ST was...and always will be...The Man!
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
depressing, his death was so senseless
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Fantastic athlete, Awsome Redskin. But I've moved on.
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Just to think, he was helping the kid out too. It makes me so frustrated.
Its not even because of his impact on the skins. Just a kid, about to become a dominate S, really getting into the next stage of his life... Arent enough words to describe how unfortunate it is. |
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Happy B-day Sean we miss you!!!
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
It's always painful to reflect, but they do celebrate birthday's in heaven. Happy birthday!! Sean, we'll forever miss you man.

Yeah me to, as much as I want to watch them, it's still too hard. RIP to the baddest safety to ever do it. |
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Happy Birthday Sean!
The end to the dallas game when he recovered the blocked kick still stands out to me as the most exciting play I was lucky enough to see in person at FedEx. We all thought the game was lost but when it was blocked and we saw who came up with the ball my friends and I all went nuts because we knew Sean was going to do something special. |

Cooley had his 59 yard TD that game to put us ahead. I still get chills watching the Monday Night Miracle vs the Boys.
STs hit at the end of the game sealed it. |

Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
He had a pretty sick on Willie Parker too? Or some other Pitt RB, cant recall.

Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
I know this sounds ignorant as hell, but if anyone on our team had to get killed, Sean was the very last person I wanted that to happen to. He wasnt just my favorite Redskin, he was my favorite player point blank period. It felt good having my favorite player in the league be apart of my favorite (and only team) team. I hope the bastards who took part of his murder are all having their butt holes taken from them in jail as I type this.

Man I remember thinking "wow.. I wonder how many weeks he'll be out" as my first thought. Something just makes it difficult for us to believe that our sports gods can get hurt. I mean granted that was probably because the initial reports were just shot in the leg, but still. |

Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Gone way too damn soon. This still gets me.
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Hard not think about what could have been with him. Anyone know how is family is doing these days?
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Man watching those videos brings back memories. Imagine how much more we'd like Landry if Sean was still here. I thought that first half of the '07 season was easily the best of Sean's career and if he had played the whole season we would've had a dominating defense. It seemed like that was the year everything really came together for him.
But oh well. R.I.P. my man. |
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
Happy B-Day, you are truly missed!!
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
RIP #21 They should play the tribute video before home games. Have those punks even had their day in court yet?
|
Re: Happy Birthday Sean Taylor
I miss the impact you......could have had...
T.O. still wakes up at night with the....sweats worrying about you |
