Whys TROY AIK COMMENTATOR FOR EVERYSKINS GAME
 

Sorry to flame BUT I REALLY HATE THIS GUY like what the hell fox we're SKINS FANS. The reason i watch the news everyday is IM hopin the Cowboys training facility collapsed again. and im forced to listen to TROY AIKMAN poke and prod at the redskins.


" he's quick to tuck it and run head on into more danger " troy aikman on Jay cutler. he shut me up a little bit with that one.
But i JUST HATE EM

Troy Aikman is one of the best commentators on TV, IMO. He is unbiased and very intelligent.

Yeah, I hated Aikman as a player cause he shredded us, but he's a pretty good commentator.

You are actually the first 'Skins fan I know of that can't stand Aikman in the broadcast booth.

He's actually one of the best commentators out there, which is evidenced because him and Joe Buck (who I am not a fan of) are Fox's #1 broadcast team. And it's a good thing if we get him to do our broadcasts because that means they think our game is one of the best they have available.

Sorry man nobody's going to agree with you here. And Aikman is one of the most objective broadcasters out there, for a former Cowboys qb he is almost never on their nads like some of the other broadcasters out there.

OMG! Dang didn't I ask this same question a couple of weeks ago? See I'm not the only one who wondered why a retired Cowboy is announcing a Skins game.

Idon't care about #1 announcing crew, I'll gladly take the #2 team as long as it's not got a Cowboy in it. So basically FOX couldn't drum up an old Redskin to announce Skins games? FOX sucks!

Um, I agree with him. I'll agree he's a good announcer, but let him announce some other game. Give me a Redskin announcer.

Who's to say the Skins announcer is any good? For example, I much prefer Aikman over Theisman.

Overall I do not mind Aikman, I know that BMitch loathes the fact he announces our games. I got a laugh when Aikman said D Hall should have received a penalty for excessive celebration. Has he been watching his Boys and their celebrations lately?

Well most of us don't prefer homers of our favorite team in the broadcast booth. Just like I don't like it when Joe Buck is all over the Cowboys nads' every time we play, I don't like it when Joe Theismann is all over the 'Skins nads. Most fans prefer a fair guy.

Theismann is now an owner of a UFL team and he was always prone to making godawful errors at times. Plus, he's only on hire by NBC.

Ive always disliked Aikmen as an announcer. I really dont need a reason other than I dont care for him. I really cant stand Joe Buck though, he is horrible. Aikmen looked like a complete fool today for stating Cutler should try to get Hall on a double move. Good call Aikmen, keep trying to pick on Hall. 4 INTs FOOL!!!

If you really think that it is bad to have the #1 Fox team doing our games you are probably one of those people who wanted to trade or drop Albert Haynesworth.

Actually, that was something I agreed with. None of Hall's INTs came off of his WR trying to pull a double move.

I disagree. I don't see anything excessive about Hall's celebration in the end zone. It is when two or more players demonstrate a choreographed celebration after a score that usually gets the penalty. I've seen far worse celebrations that are absolutely legal. As far as I'm concerned, it was a good call by the officials and Akiman was wrong. Any other time, I usually agree with Akiman and overall, he's a good commentator, but I don't agree with him in this regard.

Yup, you are absolutely right and on point. You can do whatever you want so long as you are doing it alone and not using any props. You can be there on,the floor for as long as you like but I wouldn't test the patience of the refs.

Ive had respect for troy since lavar ended his career. He's a bad ass commentator and next to Sammy, Sonny and Larry there is no better then him and Joe Buck calling a game
