Game Ball
Mine goes to replacement offensive line and Moss.
...and Banks for that nasty catch in the middle. |
Re: Game Ball
Entire Oline...McNabb/Moss gets alot of credit too
|
Re: Game Ball
Montgomery gets extra props, but the whole o-line.
Actually, Buchanon wasn't bad, given the situation. And Fletch had some huge plays as well. Gutsy win--just when you're ready to give up on them entirely. |
Re: Game Ball
only heard the game on the radio but both the OL/Defense made the best of a tough situation and stepped up. Hail
|
Re: Game Ball
Whole team after the Monday game team could of came in on a BIG low.
|
Re: Game Ball
Keiland Williams.
|
Re: Game Ball
F...N O-LINE
I am shocked and awed. AND London gets an honorable mention! |
Re: Game Ball
No doubt, the O-line. And Jason Babin gets honorable mention...

..and a high five!..lol |
Re: Game Ball
Center Montgomery should get the game ball for not sucking as bad a Rabach. imo
But just looking at the box scores on my end? I know he missed 2,but how about my boy GANO!!! Another game winner man...(wished he'd done it earlier though) But I didn't catch the game here in Missouri.. Heard it wasn't streaming either.. |

Re: Game Ball
OL did an oustanding job
|
Re: Game Ball
Will Montgomery.
Started at RG, moved to C. Played lights out all day. Tenn is a great front four. They got stuffed! Honorable mention to Gano. He keeps getting put into bad situations and coming up better than most. Miss a GW at the end of regulation (of course but it was almost 5o yards and he was cautious with his plant since everyone had been slipping all day on that sh$*&# field). Nails a long GW. I know the majority of people on here hate him but Gano is the real deal. |
Re: Game Ball
OL all the way.
|
Re: Game Ball
Our backup OL is better than our starting OL. I hope Rabach goes on IR and we offer him an injury settlement. the dude never needs to play another snap for us.
|
Re: Game Ball
Also gotta add that KS calling more screen passes really helped to open our offense up a little more. I think it also played a part in helping our OL to play more solid because it used the Titans' aggressiveness against them.
|
Re: Game Ball
McNabb had all the time he needed... (((((OL)))))
|
Re: Game Ball
Gutsy win. It was really the whole team. The OL, McNabb, Defense, Moss stood out. Gano nailing the game winner. Nice win.
|
Re: Game Ball
Refurbished OL, Heyer actually did a nice job as a G. Honorable mention to Portis who set the tone for the running game, he looked great until he re-injured himself. Buchanon and Gano also did a nice job.
|
Re: Game Ball
Patchwork O-line deserves a great deal of credit today, so does Cooley for coming up with nearly 100yds receiving in the 2nd half including a couple of big first downs after being hit prior to the marker.
Lets not forget to send a game ball to the Titans D, 35 yards in penalties with 3 first downs attached on the game winning drive! |
Re: Game Ball
Oline, 5,89 and 35. Also d hall for playing good all game on moss
|
Re: Game Ball
O-line... I want to give it to McNabb...but I can't because of that pick and the almost INT in OT
|
Re: Game Ball
Replacement O-line for sure.
|

By me? |
Re: Game Ball
Has to be the offensive line,I thought they looked as good or better than any game this year
|
Re: Game Ball
Gano is a pos kicker if you expect your kicker to make kicks under 50 yards. He doesn't deserve a game ball, especially when he misses alot.

I believe he has 2 game winning FG's this year, both on OT. You think Suisham or Jeff Reed would have done that? |
Re: Game Ball
If we had Suisham,we would be 3-7
Gano haters suck again, best kicker we've had since Chip |
Re: Game Ball
We may have found a new starting o-line. They get my vote. Also Williams ran the ball well and Santana was outstanding.
|
Re: Game Ball
It's hard for me to figure someone who didn't play well.
|
Re: Game Ball
That was some of the guttiest O-line play we've seen in a long time. I thought that both tackles played a great game, and the interior held up well after Rabach and Dockery went down.

Gano's numerous kickoffs for either touchbacks or pinning the return man on the sidelines were big in the field position game. Losing the OT coin toss was a blessing as we got to drive with the wind when we got the ball.
|
Re: Game Ball
Gano, since he scored 12 out of the 19 points. If don't like that, then tell the offense to score more TDs.
Huge props to the o-line though, and they overcame injuries...although I wonder that's why they did so well. Which brings the question... What is it about our former and current coaching regime that they can't seem to figure out how to improve the o-line? And by that I mean....Rabach looks bad most of the time, yet they sing his praises. I really hope Montgomery keeps the job of starting center. |
Re: Game Ball
Great job all around, but Montgomery had played C before and Leichtensteiger has played all along the interior, yet Heyer has never played G so props to him for stepping up. Keiland did great as well. Kyle called a strong game, and Galloway had a huge 20 yard catch plus got his 700th career reception, passing I believe Gary Clark on the all time list.
|
Re: Game Ball
Keiland Williams...RB of the future? I know that a Shanahan defense doesn't have a feature back, but if this kid keeps playing the way he is playing, he might keep the starting job. I sill wish him or Torain had CP's pass blocking skills.

We still haven't seen Davis, I'm very curious about him. |

With Chad Simpson out, he might be brought up from the PS. |

I think it's a given, they should have brought him last week. Simpson seems to be made out of glass. |
