Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Although I've never seen him do it and its not like I get to see a lot of Patriot games where I live, apparently Tom Brady likes to point at the Jets sideline after he scores a touchdown. I had no idea everyone was having kittens over this.
Rex Ryan mentioned this recently and now we have Antonio Cromartie coming right out and calling Tom Brady an a$$hole. LMAO! Can the Jets/Pats saga get any better? I cant wait to watch this playoff game this weekend. Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Jets talk a lot for a franchise that hasn't won shit in ages and only has 1 SB last time I checked.. The Pats own them and they will again sunday
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
The Jets like to talk shit and the Pats let there playing do their talking. After this weekend the Jets will not have much to say.

I agree, I cant stand Belichick and the Pats but I hope they mop the floor again with these guys. The comments about the game being all about him and Belichick is just bullsh*t. I think the Pats are going to kill the Jets. |
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Good drama, good rivalry

Something we have lacked around here for a long time. |
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I think it's good for the NFL. Now the Jets are quite a bit of talk, little walk, but I agree with Cromartie. Brady can be a bit of an asshat.
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
wow that's a lot of shit talking to someone who has 3 rings .. i think all the talking the JETS do is going to make it extra special when the pats bitch slap them this weekend
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I'm pulling for the Jets in the AFC. I like Rex Ryan's style and they've got all the players they need, with the exception of the most important one...and he's getting there. In the NFC, go Seahawks!

Just like how the Eagles were supposed to whoop the Pack right?

I was using reverse mojo for that game :) I really want the Jets to win this one. |

I'm no fan of Cromartie as a person, but I'm on his side on this one. :D

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I'm jealous of the rivalry they have. We need to get good so we can have a reason for our division rivals to hate us again. It's my favorite thing about football.

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Getting real sick of the Jets and Rex Ryan. I like his confidence but he simply goes over board. Saying it's "personal" between him and Hoody. C'mon Rex. Your fat ass isn't blocking or tackling anyone. He's even more cocky than his father was. I hope the Pats beat the shit out of the Jets so Rex can go home and film his wifes feet.

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Jets are gonna get stomped. Again.

Cromartie is gonna wished he never said this after the game...this guy is one of the worst corners in the league. very overrated...Brady is gonna throw his a$$ outta another job this weekend. |
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Even though the Pats generously kept the Sheagles away from the Super Bowl victory, I still hate them.
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
to me Cromartie sounds like a little school girl tatling on the bully who POINTED AT HER. honestly it's the NFL and you get upset cause a guy points at you? i'd be more upset with the fact that he just threw a TD not because he points his finger. the Jet's need to grow some tough skin or something and worry about football.
btw i love the fact that allllllllllll week the Jet's have been running there mouth and the Pat's continue to take the high road. When they run the jets out of Foxborough this weekend it'll be the ultimate STFU statement. |

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I honestly think I'm rooting for the Pats to win the Super Bowl... like as much as I want to hate them, I really just like the way they go about their business, whoop everyones ass and don't care what anyone else thinks... Outside of maybe Green Bay, I dont think theres a team I'd rather see win it this year...
Either way, I just hope they destroy the Jets. I'm so sick of Rex Ryan and that team. They got whooped 45-3 and they're still talking. |

Ugly uniforms, ugly logo, cheaters. I'll keep on hatin' till I die. Hell, I'll always "hate", aka look upon them as "lower" than the NFC, the entire AFC just because they are the AFC. |

I better be... It would be nice to see the underdog beat the master this time. NY would come apart if the Jets win this one. This game should have the feeling of a old school rivalry. If Sanchez can keep his composure, they have a real chance of winning. I'll be in NYC during the game, the people here are excited and it's nice to see more Jets flags than Giants crap for a change. I can't wait. Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
it is amazing how the AFC is the new NFC! Great rivalries and great teams. Meanwhile, we have become the mets/cubs of football
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Grow-up Cromartie. It's not likely Brady cares very much about how you feel about him. It's very likely he feels the same way about you, just smart enough not to say it.
|
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I think whole thing is a non-story. Why are players expected to be best buds with each other? They hate each other, and Cromartie is saying it in public. Who cares? And don't give me the whole, Jets are giving the Pats more bulletin board material. That is all just BS, because the Pats are too professional to need or feed off of side-talk. Also Cromartie didn't say anything too bad. I expect any true competitor to hate the opposition.
Media is just trying to create more hype, up their rating, etc. |

Did anyone see the press conference with Wes Welker? He keeps mentioning feet. It was pretty funny.

Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
I live in New England, everyone in my family is a die hard Pat's fan. Naturally I'm pulling for the JETS!!!....not so much for the team, but because Pats fans never shut up especially the one's who know nothing about football.
Tom Brady is a little B@#$!! When they show replays this weekend after he ends up on the ground he'll throw his hands around and yell at the ref for a flag....it is part of the game but....the absurdity of how often he actually gets calls cause he's upset is ridiculous. PS if the jets don't win i won't be upset, i just hope they get one good hit on Brady so he remembers THIS IS A FULL CONTACT SPORT! |
Re: Pointing at the other bench (The Jets/Pats Saga)
Hehe....ratcheting things up a bit.
So much for the Pats taking the high road on this whole ordeal. Good foot soldiers indeed. |

It feels real good to be rooting for the Jets right now. (A Real NY team) I also want to see that Pus@$$ Brady reminded of what the NFL should be. If the Jets get flagged, make it worth it! |

I sure hope so. I can't remember the last time I've disliked a coach as much as I do Rex Ryan. He's such an ass-clown. He's right up there with Lane Kiffin on my list. What's he gonna say when NE waxes them on Sunday? The best team in the league lost today? LOL. Man I hope it's a total blow out. |
