agreed!!!!!!!!!! |
Re: Tony Romo
Shanahan loves Romo. You can check out an episode of NFL Network's Top Ten Undrafteds for that.
But Snyder isn't calling the shots anymore, so if they were talking, it would something more mundane. BTW, this fella posted the same exact thing on ES. |
Re: Tony Romo
I'd take romo for a 2nd rd pick any day.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Where did you hear this ?

2nd? Jerry Jones is a better business man than that. We gave up a 2nd and a 3rd for McNabb...who was drafted 2 decades ago. We offered two firsts for Cutler. We'd def give up more than that. |
Re: Tony Romo
Guys, what is the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns?
|
Re: Tony Romo
This thread is carousing debacled.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Isn't Tom Condon his agent? Maybe they were talking about Peyton Manning and not Romo. I would give at least three unicorns and ten leprechauns to get Manning.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Lmao @ AMD

Are we talking Hungarian or Chinese unicorns? There's a difference, you know. |

Re: Tony Romo
lol if romo became a skin it would be almost the same as jj reddick transferring to umd for his senior year. my head might blow up from trying to redirect all that wired in hatred.
|
Re: Tony Romo
I would take Romo on our roster over any of the other QB's we have on it now.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Just say no to Homo
|
Re: Tony Romo
I'd take em. Never happen but I would
|
Re: Tony Romo
I'd take romo for a 2nd rd pick any day.
I would hate to waste another 2nd rounder to find out later that the QB doesn't fit the scheme. |
Re: Tony Romo
haven't you guys learned the lesson from this year? No mas on the NFC East QB sloppy seconds.

Yours and mine. I especially HATE JJReddick that piece of shit!! Anything Duke/Dallas/49ers for that matter. |

Gawd I hope so!!!! I would simply love to see the Redskins loose draft picks due to tampering since he is under contract. |

LOL Some people really need to lay off that kush man |
Re: Tony Romo
Id take Romo or even Kitna without hesitation! But thats not gonna happen.
|
Re: Tony Romo
You know Romo's agents represent other players...Alex Smith, for example.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Guys, Is there any truth in Alex Smith’s agent is talking to Snyder?
I heard it from my source at ESPN |

I like Alex Smith, he could be an interesting pick up. Maybe the Shanahan's can get the best out of him. |
Re: Tony Romo
Idk that smith is better than rex honestly
|
Re: Tony Romo
Idk that smith is better than rex honestly
He's had the same situation as Campbell. Like 5 different OC with the 49ers. I seriously think that the Shanahan's could resurrect his career. Call him the next Jake Plummer, maybe better. |
Re: Tony Romo
^ I hope your right SF if we even sign him... But arent you tired of getting washed up QBs?? It's time for us to draft our own guy of the future. Keep Rex bring in a rookie and go from there IMO.
|
Re: Tony Romo
Now look at what you started, Smootsmack.

I've always liked Smith, he could be a better gamble than any of the QB's in the draft. Change of scenery, good QB coaching, could be all he needs. |

Re: Tony Romo
NO THANK YOU.
Why do we need to keep raiding the NFCE for QB's? the first one didn't work out.... or so people are saying. Lets trade off our tradable players for more picks whatever they maybe. Trade out of the #10 spot for more picks. Pick up OL in the first round. Pick up a NT with the second round. Pick up QB Andy Dalton in the second round from our trading out of the #10 spot. Pick up: LB WR FS and hope we can pick up another top notch WR and CB in FA. Trust me we bring in Romo and it's SSDD. Old QB trying to learn a new system in a short amount of time and a learning curve cause he doesn't have it all down his first year. I'd rather keep Grossman for next year who already knows the system and play calls inside and out while he helps coach up Andy Dalton and Beck. |

I still say draft Dalton in the middle rounds, we don't know how things could turn out and Dalton could be future star in the making. Still it doesn't hurt to bring in Smith for experience at an affordable price. |

Yeah, but what happens is we get a guy like McNabb (1 part of the puzzle) but then we don't have the young QB to be mentored. So we waste all our efforts on McNabb. He (McNabb) didn't have to work out for us as starting QB for us to redeem value out of him. Just think of the experience he could have passed on to (our future QB) if we had one. So yeah I'm all for drafting a QB this time around. Hopefully McNabb sticks around 1 more season but I doubt it. |
