I'm liking what I'm seeing from Stephen Bowen. He's got a nice burst off the line, an okay bull rusher, good at occupying linemen, good size. Overall I think he'll be a nice complement, and he should free up Orakpo or Kerrigan, whoever is lining up behind/beside him.

I like what I saw in Chester but, Bowen didn't impress me. He was non-factor in that game and I hated the cheap shot on Luitui. I wouldn't be surprised if Jarvis Jenkins starts over him. Bowen's game just doesn't seem to justify his contract. He reminds me of Demetric Evans (I liked Evans) he didn't create much on his own but, benefitted from everyone else's ability to.

No one should question Cofield's abilities.

Theres a website thats like the Willy Wonka of game film. Thing is you have to be careful during the offseason to keep your UL/DL ratio up otherwise you get kicked off the site, I'm pretty close to that limit now but I should be fine again once the preseason starts and more people start downloading. If you want the link let me know via pm but it might be useless at this point seeing as how registration is closed for new members.

Insane Boost though pretty much records all the Skins games so I usually download from him on that same site.

Funny thing about Cofield is he seems to dance around to much early in games however when he gets the go to charge ahead, like during the two minute drill he's a monster in terms of getting penetration.

I'm both excited and worried about him playing nose tackle but I think he was right when he said the other day that he's bigger then his listed weight. A number that's been unchanged since he weighed in at 307 during his combine. In watching the game he looked more like he weighed in the 320 range. However weight only means so much. You still have to be able to take on double teams and keep guys off your linebackers.

Does the site have college football games as well? I say this because of one reason. My friend said that Evan Royster when he played for Penn State in the Rose Bowl against USC would run out of bounds everytime like he was scared to get hit by their defenders. Royster left the game with an MCL injury, but rumors around Penn State were that he purposely 'took himself out of the game'.

Yes as well as Arena Football, CFL, UFL, and High School. However if you get into the site remember you have to keep your ratio up or else you'll end up banned.

And Cofield judging by the cowboys game, looks ok, nothing great, and I don't think he'll do good as a NT as he would as a DE.

The game tape (for the JAX game at least) shows a pretty so-so DT in my opinion. He had a couple of plays where he just blew up the G/C lined against him but the nice thing is he never got straight up dominated even when he was double-teamed.

Thats what I noticed. Like he would always get partly pushed back against double teams, but that's bound to happen when you have two 300+ pound guys blocking you. The difference between him and Kemo is where when Kemo would continue to be pushed and driven back, Cofield would hold his ground.

The part I don't like though is he doesn't seem great at shedding blocks, even though ironically he's really good at using his hands. One thing I think people have to keep in mind though when watching these videos is on pass plays where it looks like he's doing nothing but standing there he's really being asked to spy the QB.

He can get a bit of a bull rush going though when he needs to.

I'm definitely excited to see what Atogwe can do for us this season. Haslett knew how to use him when he was in St. Louis. With Atogwe and Landry back there I think we might have the best safety tandem since we had, dare I say it, Taylor and Landry. Those 7 games they played together made me think we'd be set at safety for the next decade.

Gosh dangit lol. All right I guess I can only put off the request for so long. Tried to delay it until I was sure he was going to make the team but this is like the 5th time I've been asked between here and YouTube (Which is a lot for me). What can I say? You got to give the people what they want.

Running backs are the easiest ones to make to so all right. Maybe as early as tonight, maybe in a few days.

No no, I deserve it after going off last night. It's really two things, first I've been asked enough now (as I said considering I only have like 49 subscribers, 5 people making the same request is a lot) and secondly running backs really are the easiest videos to make.

With Running Backs you only have 18 to 20 plays usually and you can use a game log to see how much time was on the clock there during the snap, meaning you don't have to sit through a bunch of plays waiting to see if a particular player is involved.

With the Cofield videos for example I had to watch virtually every defensive snap, the only rest I got came if I saw Bernard Robinson in on a play since I knew that meant I could usually skip to the next defensive series (Robinson and Cofield played the same position).

Once I get the game on my computer I can edit a running back video in as little as 15 minutes.

No it's not a chore. If it really was a chore there's no way I would be doing it to begin with. Sure it can be tedious at times but I enjoy putting together these videos.

Not at all the only thing that really worries me is keeping my Upload/Download ratio above .3 on Ten Yard Torrents (its at .4 right now) and in the offseason you don't have many people downloading games so that puts you at risk for being banned when your downloading more then helping other people download.

Thats the only reason I really hesitate, it has nothing to do with the editing process but rather risking getting cut off from the site that I get all the games from to begin with.
