Idk about 14 because we are home and I am not in love w SF but I say Niners more like
17-13 in a slop fest.. I don't see us scoring at all the rest of the season folks, we have no weapons and no QB

We are sooooo dead.

hooskins, I wouldn't bet on 10. The SF defense is nasty - we could be looking at a second shut-out in a row. While there passing game doesn't strike fear in anyone, Gore is a beast and will run over us.

20 - 0 ... Just b/c I am feeling gloomy and doomy.

I've got something else going on so I'm going to record the game and watch it Sunday night, but I have a feeling it's going to be like last week... not worth watching.

we've reached the point where we just have to hope that the Redskins are a "trap game" for leading teams. If a team looks past the Skins, maybe they'll have a chance... but the lack of any sort of big play threat is really going to be our undoing. We are the least explosive team in the NFL by a pretty wide margin.

indeed, and i'm also feeling the gloom and doom although i do think we will score, i also can see los taking a beck pick and getting six, ugh, i hope i'm wrong.

Good point... BUT... I think Rex atleast gives us some shot at winning.... With Beck under center I really think we've got nothing other than our 4th straight loss.

I say let's give Beck a chance with a healthy Trent Williams and see what he can do. Williams is the most valuable OL on the team and without him they are pretty bad.

Yeah, not looking for anything here. Last week's game just took my breath and hopefulness away :(. Could we win, yeah, in some StLouis/Saints freak way, but SF is the better team this week, and we are simply struggling to overcome simple deficiencies. If TWilliams played I might up our chances a little, but this isn't looking like a fun weekend.

I didn't see anything I really liked from Rex either with all the turnovers.

I'm not a Beck or Rex supporter. Both of them are trash and I don't think it really matters who is in there as long as the OL is struggling and we can't run the ball.

One thing I do know for sure... If/when Beck throws the ball into Los' hands... he's gonna catch it.

Next year's draft needs to be a Qb or two and a bunch of linemen. I am figuring a few of the linemen will pan out. Do the same thing in 2013 with the linemen. Ifwe could get 4 studs from the group along with Trent bingo we have a shot at being a good team finally. We needed to totally focus on the O line this past draft. Kerrigan was a great pikup, but we can't win unless we score points.

It's still a tough game for SF cause they have to travel cross country and play a 10am game. That's going to be a factor and that's why you see a point spread of SF -3 1/2. It's going to be low scoring, SF 17 Skins 13. We can't keep playing as bad as we did last week. Can we?

Problem with Beck is not that he telegraphs his passes, or doesn't progress through his reads, or an inaccurate deep ball. Problem's he isnt good.

Ha ha, don't catch your chickens before they hatch. One would think that if your dealt 2 bad hands you'd take the lesser of the two evils. I'd rather go into a game knowing the QB will give up 2 INT's vs. giving up 2 INT's or more, a fumble or two, and several sacks because he failed to get rid of the ball fast enough.

Alex Smith hasn't proven to consistent just yet. Anyone on the outside looking in should see that 3-4 record team losing 3 straight just recently is indeed dangerous. However, this is the Skins. Damn.

The Redskins are facing a great defense this week. With their anemic offense, the 49ers defense might end up being more ferocious than the Bills. All the Redskin offense has to do is move the ball into FG range and let their defense take care of the rest.

I had the Skins as a 17pt dog last week so I wasn't too surprised at the final margin.

Assuming the same line-up this week I make them a 14pt dog.

I'll be watching every snap as usual whatever the score.
