Figured it was time to put the Offseason Style to rest and start a fresh one

Re: Around the NFL...Training Camp Style
in regards to the 'naysayer' mention in the superbowl ad..........yes.
|
I do see Carolina being a contender

Re: Around the NFL...Training Camp Style
A) Ryan Kalil's just a funny guy
B) He actually isn't as crazy as people think he is. Panthers need a defense and their starting to get one now. |

well that was fast, lol. And WTF is up with NE stockpiling TE's? I heard they signed V. Shiancoe today. I always thought he was a decent TE, no idea why a playmaker starved team like Minny would give him up. |

Yeah I still think Denver is better overall. |

Ryan Matthews is set for a Big season IMO, but again we'll see when they hit the field ! |

Don't sleep on KC, if their guys can recover from their injuries last year

I don't know. In the AFC West it could very well come down to San Diego and Denver. But KC shouldn't be counted out. After all, the Chiefs upset the NFC favorite Green Bay Packers last year. |

That's just what the Giants need: for Griffin III to have extra incentive to tear the Giants secondary up when they play the Redskins. |

Not enough defense, and they have holes at the WR/OL spot. |

Wait, he hasn't earned his own initials from birth? Genius, Osi.
That's just what the Giants need: for Griffin III to have extra incentive to tear the Giants secondary up when they play the Redskins.
What Osi said is just so stupid it won't motivate RG3, it will just make him laugh at the obviously brain-damaged defensive end. |

Serious? Their O-line is one of the better in the league. Top 5 probably. They have a solid group of linebackers, a good young secondary and two very good DEs. DT is their weak point on D. They've added some nice complimentary WRs to Smith in LaFell, Gettis, Murphy. They're becoming one of the best all-around teams ON PAPER in the league. |

A good chunk of that rushing yardage came from Newton scrambling. Carolina Panthers 2011 Statistics - Team and Player Stats - ESPN Also, Gross hasn't played up to par since his contract signing, and now they've shipped off Otah. This OL has gotten weaker to be honest with you. Their star MLB is coming off a major injury, and their defensive backs are undesirable to say the least. I'm going on record now and saying they will NOT make the playoffs, never the less be a contending team. I don't think Newton has the stats he does last year either. |

I'm so so glad we didn't sign this douche bag.

Oline is pretty good but yes wr I do see some holes but with cam Newton I think they can overcome it |

PFF grades the individual OL they don't use yardage totals to grade the OL; therefore Cam's rushing doesn't prop up their OL ranking like it QB rushing yards prop up team rushing totals. I don't think they'll make the playoffs and there playoff contention hinges on their defense and special teams which were lousy last year. I think Cam progresses. His rushing might drop a tad but still be signficant and I think his passing stats will improve. |

But it was a matter of time before a veteran NFL player was going to take a shot at RG3. I'm glad it was a player from a division rival. |

What the heck? Is that for real? The Nation of Islam is a black supremacist organization - why would he join it? And why take the name Celek-X, since presumably his ancestors were not trafficked as slaves? |

Farrakhan has permitted caucasians to join the Nation of Islam. This is true. |

I realize that. But that is not the point. The NoI ideology remains racially charged and because of this there are very few Caucasians who have taken Farrakhan up on the offer. If you are Celek, why not join a more mainline version of Islam which doesn't have the history and ideology of the NoI? |
