Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
I feel more confident this week than last week. I think this could get out of hand quickly if the defense comes out with crazy energy.

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions

Dallas 24 I keep thinking that this game could go to being either a Redskins blowout (05 Style) or a close loss (08 Style). I'll mix the two up and give us a close win. |
Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
Skins are the NFC East Champs, how nice does that sound?

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
What do the gamblers say? That they are "all in?"
Me too. 28-27 Skins, RG3 has the game winning touchdown drive with under 3 minutes on the clock. |

RGIII was sandbagging to throw the Cowboys game plan off. |
Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
“The knee is fine. Whatever I feel like I can do on that day, I will,” Griffin said, via the Washington Post. “I’ll be able to do more, to answer your question. I won’t dodge it. I’ll be able to do more against the Cowboys than Philly, but we’ll see how that goes.”

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
Really nervous about this game. I actually think winning team scores no more than 21 points.
I like the Skins. Skins 21 Cowboys 20 |
Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
Also hope theres no last minute crap... dallas does that at 4th quarter
|
I like how this one is shaping up. I think the energy in the building will be incredible (hopefully there aren't as many Cowboy fans like the last few home games against them).
RGIII continues to impress with a solid day, but I think it will be the DEFENSE that steps up on Sunday night with 4 turnovers and a score! Yes, the DEFENSE! HTTR! Skins 28 Boys 20 |

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
A blowout would be nice and stress free. But I doubt it will be one. This game will be close, just like last week.

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
cowboys - 38
Redskins - 17 Our defense finally implodes completely, and Dez Bryant and Miles Austin both have over 120 yards receiving and a TD each. Witten has 80 yards and 2 TD's. Cowboys find out they are the only team to stop ouyr choo choo of a running game, and we have 91 yards rushing, and only convert 3 third downs. Forbath misses his first FG. |
Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
Just Kidding.
Skins roll with 4 passing TD's and a running TD from RG3. Hero of the game is Hankerson with over 130 yds receiving and 2 TD's. Redskins 38 Cowboys 27 |

This to a T. I have no fingernails left and it's only Friday. Going to come down to the last possession, and it's going to come down to the leg of either Cobra Kai or Dan Bailey. I predicted a Kai miss last week. I'll go ahead and do the same this week. However his miss won't blow the game. Bailey's will. Skins 17 Dallas 16 |

I am nervous enough as it is! Don't be predicting an OT game for this game. I can't handle it! Biggest game for the Redskins since 1999 and I was at the last home playoff game when the Redskins beat the Lions in 1999. The drought has been too long! Skins 28 Cowboys 24 |

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
Welp, I've been back and fourth on this game all week... but I'm pretty confident in the Skins'. RG3 so far has come up big in big spots, their quarterback in the past has not. I think we can run the football on them, I don't think they'll be able to run that much on us.
As much as I hate him, I could see Rob Ryan coming up with a good scheme and making us really sweat this one out.. and offensivley Witten and Bryant scare the hell out of me. That being said, game is in DC, that place is going to be insane, I just feel really good about it. Skins 27 Cowboys 17. Nothing would shock me, however. |

Skins 28 Cowboys 24[/QUOTE] LOL Unfortunately, both teams have been pretty darn good in the 4th quarter recently. If it is close at all the intensity level will be absolutely off the charts. Especially if our wildcats option is off the table. |

Hail yes!! |
Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
I'm willing to bet the Redskins will throw everything at the Cowboys. I mean, everything! Pistol formation/read option, west coast offense, razzle dazzle, trick plays, reverses, everything! Man, I can't wait until Sunday Night.

Re: Win or Go Home ... Cowboys v Skins Predictions
The key to this game is The 12th Man. If the Redskins fans in the stands step up their game to unprecedented heights at Fedex Field, then the Skins will do the same.
I know what I'm talking about because I was one of the lucky Skins fans who was in the stands at RFK in 1982 when the Skins beat Dallas for the NFC Championship. To this day, I believe that we, the fans, were the difference in that game. On Sunday, the younger fans will finally get to see an old-fashioned winner take all Redskins/Cowboys battle. The Redskins will win a very tough and tense back and forth game, 27-24. |
