Just wanted to end the night on a good note lol. It was a great run for our redskins and I'm definitely looking forward to next season! This isn't about the skins though it's about this great website and the folks that keep it running! MATTY, SS, AND more. Sorry if I didnt mention your name. Just wanted to say thanks and I always enjoy talking sports with everyone, this year was great because we actually had a good team to root for lol. Anyways I'm usually always around during the off season but wanted to give a big shout out to the warpath. HTTR!

The Warpath provides a great forum for Redskins fans to gather and ramble on about their team. I've been here forever, but only started posting seriously this year. From mods to regulars, this is clearly the place for informed and intelligent (ok, most of the time) discussion about the Skins.

So thanks to all, had a great season and look forward with huge optimism to our team next year and beyond. Hail to the Redskins!

Yep. Great season. Exceeded mine and a lot of other peoples expectations. Hopefully Griffin can recover in time for next year. It'll be great to watch this team next year with a target on our backs, especially in the NFC East. We have some key decisions to make on players. Should be a fun offseason. We have no where to go, but up, especially now that he have that valuable ''playoff'' experience people say you need to win in the NFL.

Good thread skinsfaninok! I love this place. Really the only fan forum I go on. Matty and the mods have provided an informative, fun atmosphere to go and relate to other fans of your favorite team. There's a few posters on here that could walk right up to me and start talking and I would have no idea who they are...but if they were to tell me they were CRedskinsRule...Lotus...SFredskin....yes even Goat or any of many, many, more who post here.....I would realize that I was talking to someone I consider my friend. I like hearing different perspectives on all things Redskins and I definitely get that here. I can't finish this post without saying how vital I consider SmootSmack to be to the whole Warpath "experience." His knowledge, past and present, of what goes on not only with the Redskins but the NFL as a whole is both informative and entertaining. So to Matty, the mods, posters like GTripp who put alot of time and research into things we'd rather not spend time doing on our own...it's been one hell of a year. Thanks for giving me a place where I can learn, laugh, cuss, and argue with the greatest fans in the world. HTTR!!!

NFC East Champions. Never been this excited for a team. Great Forum to see all different opinions and everyone keeps it professional. Thanks to all those that help keep this site running smoothly.

I would also like to say a special welcome all the new posters this year. Particularly punch it in, who after a rocky start (to say the least), has made Earthquake like strides.

As for you CR, since the only reason anyone tolerates you around here is b/c you're related to me, I think a little more gratitude is in order. I gave you instant credibility and all you have done since is work to erode it.

My "shout-out" has taken some of the sting away from that rough ending to our season last nite. Lol. Thanks JR. Cant wait until next year.

I really hated that this season ended...I would have loved to have had at least one more game, but alas, this team exceeded expectations, and that is something we can hang our hats on moving forward. A healthier team next season, hopefully means a better start, and another playoff season.

Best season since I've been on the WP!

The only one that came anywhere close was the year we lost Sean and the way all of Redskins Nation came together as we ran the table and made the playoffs.

Hopefully, this season was just the beginning of the new normal. Welcome back, glory days.

I hate the fact we are not still playing and all you can hear on the radio is the injury gate business... In years past early January I am trying to forget how the skins season ended and wishing for fight from my team.
We ended this year with fight and results!
Can't wait for the offseason and how we expect to get better and to better what we did this year. We had a great year and I look forward to this group doing big things in the coming seasons. HTTR!

Ps I figured out my password... I do read this blog every week! This is a great place to get my Skins fix!

First off httr... I had a great time watching the team win seven straight and send dallas home because I really cant stand cowboy fans.... but I cant wait for next season also... its going to be great to see our team succeed again... i said this on the other thread but... we need one more playmaker on the other side of pierre... and we should keep d hall but get a true number one corner and grab a right tackle and we should be very hard to beat
