You know the talent level is low when a guard is being drafted in the top 10. Something Arizona desperately needed though.

Looking at what the Bills got from the Rams, the Raiders didn't get jack really for giving up their #3 pick. THey only got a 2nd round for swapping places, and the Bills got 2nd, 3rd and 7th round picks.
