Goodbye Kyle?
Would this mean mike could be back?

Re: Goodbye Kyle?
Wow kinda surprised to hear this b4 season over. Guess mike Shanny just keeps leaking shit to the media
|
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
If this happens and Mike stays, Kubiak will be the OC. Rahim will be DC

I disagree. Mike is out an make no mistakes about it. Mike and RG3 have issues working with each other. Mike and Snyder have issues.... do the math. push come to shove Snyder would fire him but I think the negotiate an out. |
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
No goodbyes. Just get the F out.
Today's gameplan is proof that Kyle is the problem. No read option and yet Kirk is able to ass downfield and establish Alfred. For it not for turnovers and Young getting injured the run game would be more effective and prevalent. Kyle put Rob in harms way, but allows Kirk to be Kirk? We haven't time for that BS. |
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
I'm not saying Mike will be here. $7 mil is a lot of money and is a factor.
Do you think Snyder will be willing to pay 12-14 mil in HC cost next year. |
Here's a Q , if mike stays is KC the starter?
|
Here's a Q , if mike stays is KC the starter?
No. Shanahan would look like an even bigger idiot if he doesn't start the guy he gave 2 first rders and a second to acquire. If and that's a very big IF Shanny comes back RG3 will start. Truth is no matter who the coach is Griffin will be the starter. |

No I don't think so. The goal is to trade him in the offseason |
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
Hopefully, we can get a ncie 2nd rounder for him. I don't think he will command a 1st rounder, but it would be nice to get a 2nd rounder from another shitty team like the Bills or someone. At least we could get 2 early 2nd round picks.

Re: Goodbye Kyle?
We could possibly get 2 2nd rounders or 2nd and 3rd round pick for him. Shaub and Alex Smith trades were for 2 draft picks.
|
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
Since III got benched, is Kyle using Kirk as a chance to audition as an OC for another team?

I really don't think that was Shanahan's idea. Some go as far as to say that move was forced upon him. |

Pick your poison, have him get killed in the pocket after holding the ball too long, or scrambling out of the pocket after giving up too early on his receivers, or because the O-line gets run over; or have him get killed on called running plays. I think he gets beat up more on the former... When healthy he poses a big threat with his legs...and makes the defense defend more of the field. He was declared "100%", and maybe he was physically, but the brace held him back this year and so did his head. |

If this is really true then we are the same old redskins. Don't put the best players on the field, let the draft picks and the contracts dictate the lineup....disgusting |

I think Shanahan doesn't have to worry about THAT being the reason people think he is an idiot. |

If this article is true and I believe it is, It further implicates MS. He came here making 7 million a year knowingly letting his son run the show. MS has to go. |

I honestly wouldn't be opposed to that. It would minimize the change on the roster and keep rg3 from having to start from scratch. |

If all this is true then what is Mike's real function? And this is a huge problem. |

Wow. That was maybe the most damning article I've read in awhile. Sounds like the culture of the staff is more of a problem than the actual player personel |
I heard mike called all the plays today is that true

I don't know. It's an unfortunate mess all around. Snyder needs to get rid of a lot of people in that organization, and I'm not even just talking about football-related personnel. |

U think he will? Talking to the press and going public with internal strife makes everything worse. Wonder if it was less noise if the coaching staff could operate better? I. Mean I guess if the coach is leaking info it becomes a free for all. Seems like a lot of paranoia within the organization |

Will he get rid of the people causing problems within the organization? Is that the house? A better question is he fully aware? Not feeling confident within the fo. Culture must be bad |
Re: Goodbye Kyle?
I know KC talked about Kyle calling the game.
I am glad to hear that it's only half-truth's Smoot. Snyder has a lot of arrogant yes men working in Ashburn. The culture is one of being Smug. |

I doubt it. I mean for one thing, it sounds like Morocco Brown is the early favorite to become the next GM. Which I think is a big mistake. I mean I'm not saying he isn't qualified. I'm saying don't just hand it to him. Scott Campbell has been around forever and is fine, but I'd look to see if we can't do better there too. But you've got guys in sales, marketing, etc. who are just difficult people to work with/for. And, look I'm not saying they're the leaks, I'm just saying there are people in that building that I just don't trust. |

Deion sanders mentioned it but maybe he was just speculating |

Well I do believe the comment about coaching RG like he's Jr Varsity. Look at today's offense vs. the one we've been running all year. I'm sure RG can't be happy about the difference in offenses. |

Griff won't show it but I'm sure he didn't want Kirk to light it up and I can't blame.em, our offense is so.predictable with him in and then when cousins comes in it changes , I know that has to.deal with griffins play but still. |

Well, when Griff was drafted Shanahan (Mike) said it was going to be a three year (more or less) plan to develop him. Cousins was more of a "pro style QB' coming into the league. And they adjusted the offense to fit what was most comfortable for him (even though everyone said they were too stubborn and would never adapt their offense). As he got more comfortable the plan was to increase his arsenal (so to speak). But someone (some say it was Kyle, other says Mike) said "no, what we've got going on right now is working. Let's not mess with it" And then he got hurt, and all hell broke loose. |
